The company was very responsive. One of the boxes was damaged by the carrier, and DisplayMart replaced it, even before receiving the damaged box back from the carrier.

The TV stand is beautiful, and sturdy.

One negative observation only: The assembly instructions are unclear, and the print is impossibly small (to the point that one needs a magnifying glass). The parts (screws, nuts and bolts) are identified in the instructions by letters or numbers, but the items themselves are not, which makes it difficult to know which is which. Suggestion: Color code them!

Overall, this is the only reason why they did not get 5 stars from me!

I received an absolutely unacceptable card rack and had to buy a 3 pack so I have 2 more in boxes. The English instructions are so poorly translated they are useless. After 2 days of attempting a very bad Origami project the card rack-upon completion-tilts the cards so far forward they are unreadable. Frame inset was not the accurate size as listed, it was off approx. 1/4 inch or less. I had to trim photographs to fit the frames (16x20 and 11x14). Backside on one is already coming off (this was prior to even hanging the work)

The easel arrived in good condition. There was only one small problem where the sliding track for the upper piece had a dent in the wood that would not allow the upper bracket that holds the picture in place to move down any further than that point. I chiseled it out and sanded it and it worked perfectly!
In the instructions for assembly, I have one recommendation. The lower sliding bracket that the picture sits on needs to be in place before the upper and lower crossbars are screwed in. Fortunately, I laid out the entire assembly before I screwed it all together and was able to see that this sliding bracket would not go on after the crossbars were in place, so it was not a headache for me. But if I had not laid it out first, I would have made this error in assembly.

Great product - very professional looking but slightly harder to put together than shown in the video. Front went on very hard, needed to adjust the glass door before it would open and electrical top was difficult. However, I am very pleased with the display case and would buy another if I needed it. And the best part - shipping! It only cost $100 to ship knockdown compared to $400+ for others.
