The frames were not as dark as the picture showed on line. They were a red color and fairly bright. 12 frames were ordered (Best Tent Manufacturers): 1 had the glass broken into very small pieces, 4 had deep scratches on the face of the frame, and 3 had multiple spots on the frame where the stain didn't get applied, so the white press wood was showing.
I was going to place another order for another class in 2 weeks, but I don't know if I'll get them on time or if they will be useable. banner display stands india

We had been searching for quite some time for a reasonably priced, professional grade lazy Suzan pegboard. Finally found on from displaystogo.com and the shipping was very reasonable for such a heavy product.

The box arrived very damaged but it didn't affect the product other than missing two bolts. I called customer care, who was very apologetic and shipping me the pieces overnight! Very thankful as we had a show the following day. Overall great company and customer service, will keep using this company for our displays as we expand.

We bought white circle tables for our new showroom and were very disappointed for with the quality. The tables wobble if slightly bumped and on the tallest ones the holes to screw the legs in don't even line up so we are using only 2 of 3 screws for each leg. According to the website the item was in stock. It never shipped. Continued to watch status but never changed. Contacted Customer Support and they really didn't know why it wasn't shipped. The response was "We had a system upgrade and there are errors." Not quite sure what that means as a customer, but I guess it means I'm SOL with this shipment that was needed to be here in time for Outdoor Retailer. Now we have nothing for retail display, should have went with another vendor.

Good product but I am disappointed there aren't more discounts available for shipping. I contacted customer service directly and they would not match discount given by a competitor. You almost lost the sale to a competitor just for that reason. As a business owner I know you can't always sell your product for the same price as competition but your product was higher plus higher shipping.

The company I work for was preparing to go to a show in which we were to use a pair of monitors. Someone had set up rentals and going to pick up two days before move in sprung on us that the rental for three weeks was going to be $3600.00. They were asked to find an alternative. They found two monitors and two stands at a local electronics store's website, but did not check availability. The stands were not available and would take until two days after show was due to start. The search began. Upon finding your website we found a comparable stand for much less. In fact we were able to overnight air freight and get them two days before the show started. Fantastic! !!!!

What can I say, I am really impressed with DisplayMart. I ordered (Best Tent Manufacturers) a custom 8' booth. I had a wonderful working relationship with Kyle MacGovern, in the art department, regarding our logo. He worked with me to ensure our banner would be 3 colors instead of 2. I placed my order on November 22nd. The booth arrived at my office the morning of December 2nd. Now, considering there was a holiday in there, I think that was a FANTASTIC turn around time.

I will say that I did get a little freaked out when I was setting up the booth as we didn't receive our logo for the booth. I checked tracking and that is supposed to arrive by Dec. 6th.

I also bid this project out to multiple vendors. I have worked with a marketing company now for close to 20 years and DisplayMart beat his pricing by about $400.00 - that is a huge savings. Especially when you are a small business.

The booth was very easy to assemble. The quality is superior and over all, you have made me a very happy customer.

I will be referring anyone I know, that is looking for a display booth to DisplayMart.

The display board is great. In fact I am considering purchasing some additional items to enhance it.
I am grateful that It was well packaged and in a sealed plastic bag. Evidently the display board was delivered and left in the rain for several days. When I discovered it had been delivered, it was a water logged mess. Had it not been placed in a sealed plastic bag it would have been ruined and ruined the time line for my project.

We received a monitor stand which had some damage in the base and top. it was also missing a bag of parts (I thought I was only missing a tool). After sending some pictures of the damage (most likely manufacturing -the box wasn't beat up) they immediately shipped a duplicate unit 3 day delivery. The next unit arrived in an extra layer of packing and had all the parts.

The 1.5" letter set was not what we expected. It would be nice if all the letters were in equal parts. The set comes with only 1 of some letters and 5 of another. When I tried to do a live chat, no one answered. Sending the item back was costly. Had to go back fedex which came to over half of what the item costs.

I was looking for sturdy and reliable way to ship banners to and from trade shows. I decided to go with DisplayMart since they had the most variety online. I purchased two and have used them for shows, and so far with no issues. While the key and locking mechanism on the case is childish (similar to a kid's diary lock), I don't mind because a locking feature was not something I required when searching for the right product.

Our Condominium had used similar 8½" by 11" clear plastic holders that required double-sided, clear tape on the glass. Well, "certain" residents ruined them. Our hope is that since these use suction cups and will only be in use for just two weeks, the urge to destroy might be eliminated!

These go on easily and are quite secure! Here's hoping!
