This time, I needed two more pieces of that same product, but they were out of stock. I contacted them to see when they might get them in, and I was told to check back in a couple of weeks. Seems like they could have a setup where THEY can contact YOU when that shipment arrives. That would get them another star, in my opinion!

The Acrylic Ballot Box w/ 5 x 7 Header & Lock - Clear is a great choice with great features. The 3" x 5" x 3" box will hold a sufficient amount of cash through a generously sized slot on top. The unit has a lock with two keys, AND, there's a small hole drilled in the bottom of the sturdy frame to put a cable or lock to secure the box against theft.

The large 5" x 7" display leaves more than ample room to put your message out there to tell people about your cause. Acrylic is also a great material that is stronger than most plastics. I'd highly recommend this to any organization that wants to collect donations and be safe and secure as well.

It's difficult to shop for a product like this online, because the quality, size, look and feel can be very different in a picture than in real life. But when I received the Lucite donation boxes (within just a few days of ordering), I was thrilled with the quality and size. It's so easy to put a custom 8 1/2 X 11 message in the display holder. And the quality construction will hopefully last for years. As a non-profit organization, we have to be wise about how we spend our money. They are perfect for any non-profit organization looking to add to its fundraising arsenal. These were dollars well spent and they will, no doubt, pay for themselves in a very short time.

The sign is sturdy, clean, and well constructed. Very happy with this purchase, should last us a few seasons before natural wear and tear get to it. Having 4 panels is also extremely convenient. Pre-prepped signs, that can be swapped easily.

Key point: the board itself can be removed from the frame which makes drawing much easier, and takes up less space.

Instructions and labeling needs to be improved simply because they furnish lots of bolts and washers for the mounting of the TV Displays and they should be labeled that way. too much guessing. I am overall happy with my experience with DisplayMart I ordered (Exhibition tent manufacturers) an 12-24 slot spin-wheel initially. It turned out to be one of the best things we have ever done for marketing on our college campus, this year we had more contact cards than ever before. We later on decided to buy the carry-case for the spin-wheel to make sure it will be protected.

The carry case is honestly where the disappointment comes, the shipping price for the case was ridiculously expensive and made it roughly the same price as it would be to just buy a brand new spin-wheel. The design also seems a little clumsy, the carry case is huge and it took up almost the full body length of some of the woman on our staff team. Almost should have wheels for the huge size.

In all 100% recommend the spin-wheel it was an amazing purchase that I am so happy we did, with excellent quality. Not sure I would buy the carry case again the shipping cost is just really unreasonable and the size is so bulk that it makes it difficult to transport.

I like that this utility cart is 3 levels which you usually don't see. I would have liked perhaps a little bit wider option however. In the end, assembly was not too bad at all, and again will be serving its purpose.

Ordered a menu box and paid a hefty fee for 3 day shipping. Got the menu box 5 BUSINESS days later, with a weekend in between. Tracking showed the product 90 mins away for 4 days! Also- product was the wrong color!
Finally- there were no keys in the package to open the display box.
To their credit- Displays to go were very friendly on the customer service aspect and promised to ship out keys that day, and refund the difference for late shipping. I didn't get any additional discount -(no shipping charge at all would be nice) but they were very polite on the phone. I am providing an overall review ( not just customer service)so I don't even know if this is the right spot-but its the only review option I was given

Screens are acceptable, the joining legs a a bit fragile. Several were bent upon receiving, straightening was not a problem however several more "bend / straighten" sessions will result in failure of the spot welds that hold the legs in place or the leg will simply shear off.
I hoped to avert this by epoxying 12" of 5/16" wood dowels inside each leg.
For the price, $180. plus $70. shipping, quality should be better.
