Shipped items very quickly, but they arrived damaged. Not enough to warrant a return (sides of document bins had dings in it but the fronts were perfect). Updated review - DisplayMart contacted me right away about the dings in the bins. Nice to know they take their customers seriously and stand behind their products. I will definitely buy more from them.

The signs were shipped quickly, and when I thought a piece was missing it was actually a package delayed in shipping. I called DisplayMart and they called the shipper for me, got things straightened out that same day, and then called me back to let me know the box was on its way. Sturdy frame, well weighted bottom, should be perfect for our needs.

I was expecting better quality art stands than I received. The stands I received were not painted completely, broke easily and had large globs of glue in some places. The shipping was on time, but I would not order from this vendor again based on the quality of the products I received.

Edit after follow-up: DisplayMart promptly contacted me and resolved my issue. I am changing this 2-star review to 4-stars; I am pleased with their professional customer service.

I Ordered a 18" DIY Display Case w/Cabinet Base, the shipment came in two boxes, the FedEx Guy mentioned one of the boxes the glass is broken that he can hear the noise! so we refused the one broken box and its been 10 days that I only have 1/2 Display that I couldn't do anything with, and they still haven't send me the replacement for the box was send back?!
We had grand opening and I explained to Suzan @ ext :230 how important it is to have the display before this Friday 1/23/15 , And every time I call her, the respond is { I will call you later on today to let you know ?}
Its very frustrating experience, and I will not recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered (Gazebo Dealers) a travel case for my display materials more than 10 days ago and it still has not shipped from their warehouse. When I called to check on it, they said that they were backed up with orders and couldn't get my order out for two more weeks. I would not have ordered (Gazebo Dealers) it if I had known it would take so long. It said that the item was in-stock when I selected it. They had no problem charging my credit card as soon as I ordered (Gazebo Dealers) it and taking my money. Now I sit and wait. Still no word and no update from my original order confirmation email...

Waited all day long, and then found that DisplayMart has given the wrong city and state to carrier, so they were attempting to deliver my order in Atlanta, GA when my order clearly showed my city and state as Pembroke Pines, FL. The aluminum frames that I ordered (Gazebo Dealers) served well in our clinic to display some beautiful posters created advertising some recent events. They are very helpful as they are designed so that you can interchange posters with updated events.

DisplayMart has a great selection. My only issue is that the item I ordered (Gazebo Dealers) had a problem with manufacturing. The place where the screw was supposed to fit for the foot was not reamed properly and the screw would not thread. I ended up not putting a screw there and had to do it on both sides to balance it. No worries on my end, the item functions as it should and we will be using it for years to come.

We recently ordered (Gazebo Dealers) several types of brochure holders with the expectation that we would receive them in short order. We typically receive orders within 2-3 days of order. On the most recent order, we received an order confirmation but never received a shipping confirmation. 10 days later, I'm having to call them to ask where my items are. An item was on backorder, so they were holding the order. There was no indication given that the backordered (Gazebo Dealers) item would delay the entire shipment. The person whom I spoke with seemed surprised that I was not contacted in some way to tell me there was a delay, but there was no communication. I was told she would put the backordered (Gazebo Dealers) item into a separate shipment and that I should expect the rest of the shipment soon. Four days later, no shipment...and no call, no e-mail, no confirmation of split shipment...I called again and "the notes are in the computer to ship separately, but it appears it wasn't done." I was promised a follow-up call when the service rep got to the bottom of it, but never received the call...and then I get a shipping notice that ONE of my three available items has shipped. Why no explanation or call? After repeated fumbles, I have the impression that this is now the way it is at DisplayMart. That's 2Bad.

The rack design had changed that eliminated the sign holding feature, which was disappointing. Bottom Line: Instructions packed with unit should match the parts provided and the unit shown in the product adds.
