The boxes themselves are nice and sturdy. Unfortunately, the metal piece that extends down from the lock is so short that the box can simply be pulled open when in the locked position. We had a similar problem with the plastic boxes we ordered (Promotional Table With Umbrella) earlier and thought the metal design would fix the problem. We got lucky in that the metal from the plastic boxes was longer than what was supplied on the plastic boxes and we were able to switch them out and fix the problem.

Product looked great online, however when I opened box, shelf broken with screws hanging off.

Your ad was shown with the tray under the lid, however in very small print at the end of a very long description is that the tray has to be purchased separately. I found this to be misleading as it is not stated anywhere else in the ad. I was disappointed in the product and will not be placing any reorders with your company. I also feel the pricing was to expensive since it was sold without the tray. You also did not provide a link to take me to the tray to be purchased and I would have had to search for that product had I known that it had to be purchased separately.

After checking numerous different websites and local stores DisplayMart was the best price and style for the glass display cabinet we needed. When the cabinet arrived I was amazed it came literally in one piece as I was preparing for several boxes. There are five states in between and it arrived with absolutely no damage. All that had to be done was unwrap it. We had an issue with the local delivery service and DisplayMart went above and beyond to make it right. The associates I dealt with were professional, kind and understanding, and willing to make sure this customer was completely satisfied. Thankful that they have the size that we’re looking for. However, we felt that the frame is not strong enough to be lifted so we ended up putting duct tape all over the back of the frame to make sure it’s not gonna fall apart. But despite this, Jennifer, is very helpful and made sure that I have still a good experience with my transaction.

So very unusual as order from DisplayMart pretty regular. Always had fantastic service start to finish. This time a part of the product arrived with missing pieces and the shipment (to have included a lift gate for delivery) arrived without an ability to unload the skids. Customer service was quick however to refund the shipping differential and made many apologies. Will order again but hope these issues get resolved quickly or I'll be forced to shop elsewhere.

Everything arrived on time however the quality of products were mediocre. The baskets ordered (Promotional Table With Umbrella) were warped and stops if wood coming off and the display ordered (Promotional Table With Umbrella) should be of better quality. Magnetic strips fall out easily. The "wood" panels move with slightest of touch. Front panels fall off easily, they don't line up properly to the magnetic strips that fall off easily. I really wish the items were of better quality. These items, especially the display was a pretty penny so i don't see why produce such a flim flam product. I would not recommend these specific products to anyone and I'd be very nervous about ordering other items.

This is the shoddiest, cheapest workmanship you have ever seen. The glass was hot glued into the frame and quickly fell out. The box is split at the place the hinges were tightened down. JUNK. Look elsewhere.

Customer service is great and received the item quickly. The reason for the 4 star instead of a 5 is the packaging. The box was taped inadequately and a part fell out in transit. Customer service rectified it and sent out another one right away. The 2nd package looked the same but at least all the parts were there. The packaging actually looks like it was returned before and taped back up on both items. The item was a good price.

My first cork board was damaged in shipping, which was not Displays fault. Called and sent pics to customer service and they shipped another which I had in couple days. I was very excited when the magazine rack came in. It came in two boxes. my 14 year old son put it together rather easily.I absolutely love it .I'm not using it for magazines though, it is large enough to put average size books in it I have tons of books.I can put up to three or four pretty large sized books on the magazine rack, the only thing that I don't like about the magazine rack is it wobbles a little bit but it doesn't bother me at all I love it. I would buy it again .I plan on buying another one for a family member!it holds all my books except about 4 pretty large sized books that do not fit

I just got a card display from DisplayMart that has 16 sections to hold cards. I create my own photo blank cards and the slots are perfect and will hold 12+ cards with envelopes comfortably. The display is metal with a tough plastic base and a plastic slot on top for advertising your cards. It went together easily with only 4 pieces to put together. The display rotates smoothly with no squeaking. I love it, its perfect! worth every penny!

Needed 200+ frames for a corporate gift order; DisplayMart delivered inexpensively and on time. Only two were damaged (cracked glass) and some had scratches on the frames. (Still usable as document frames... never intended to hang fine art in them.) To be expected with an order this size, really. At DisplayMart's prices, it's worth ordering a few extra.

I'm an Occupational Therapist. I ordered (Promotional Table With Umbrella) three of these clearance IPad holders to use with some of my low income client families. They're basic, and a little clumsy to adjust but seemed to do the job. However, after just 2 weeks of use, 2 parts broke off of the first one I'd used for a client, rendering it useless. I'm so disappointed. I'll be contacting the company directly for a refund.
