I was looking for an affordable clear acrylic brochure holder and everybody seemed to have them but were ridiculous with their pricing. I was able to buy 24 pieces for the cost of only 2 at other sources. They arrived within a few days and were protected unlike anything I have seen before. There was NO WAY UPS could damage these things in shipping. DisplayMart is now in my Favorites and is my supplier from this point forward!

I ordered (Promo Tables with Umbrella) a silver, 20-slot literature rack for our upcoming trade shows and the product was well received; however, it had a slight defect upon receipt. The bottom 3 slots did not align properly with each other, and would not come together. We had to take pliers and bend one of them in order to slide them properly into the slots. Frustrated!! I placed an order on 1/9, on 1/10 I had an email exchange answering a few questions regarding the order. The last reply from D2g was "thank you, we'll let you know if there's anything we need." TEN days later I receive a phone message that they don't have my artwork. Unacceptable in my opinion! As a result, we will not have our banners when we need them.

Very cheap lock, and the mounting hardware provided was the wrong size.

I had to go to the hardware store to buy new hardware to assemble it. Besides that- it is as advertised and is sturdy (besides the lock) and works good.

Looked for a long time for a countertop display case until came across the DisplayMart website. Found several that met my needs, all reasonably priced. The 2-shelf octagonal acrylic display case selected was the perfect choice. It's attractive, lightweight, sturdy, and has a door appropriately-sized to allow easy access to the contents. Shipping was fast, and packing superb. With the order being placed during a bitter cold winter I feared the acrylic could crack during shipping, but not the way this was stuffed, supported, braced, and double-boxed. Cannot say enough about DisplayMart's attention to detail!

I ordered (Promo Tables with Umbrella) 12 easels, and assembly was very difficult (and they aren't event put together correctly). There two sizes of screws, and the holes were not cut large enough to insert the screw all the way. We had to use the small screw in the space meant for the large screw to get them half-way assembled. One box did not come with any screws.

I was going to order 5 small display racks that weigh maybe a few ounces each, but shipping came to almost $40!! I had to settle on one rack to lower overall cost. I understand thes are bulky, but tjere pretty much stackable so the cost to ship 5 shouldnt have been that much more than to mail just one. I think you meed to re evaluate how you charge shipping for multiple orders

Ordered American Flags with poles with an expectation of good quality and I asked the person if they were made in the US. The items are of poor quality and were made in China. The poles are thin, weak and in multiple pieces. I'm not giving American Flags that were made in China. I will be calling the company to return and get a full refund.
