If I run my credit card for an amount, I don't care if part of the order isn't ready to ship when the other is, I expect my card to run for the full amount. Wasn't sure about this podium when I ordered (Roll Up Standee, For Photo Shoot Backdrop And Exhibition Backdrop.) because of a few negative comments but decided to go ahead with purchase. It arrived in the time frame stated with NO damage. It's of an above average quality (the welding) with only one minor thing that I can see... One side of the podium top piece (where you put your folders, notes, etc.) has a slight bend. It isn't enough to cause papers to slide off so that's good. It's more than likely a simple manufacture process error but it's fine by me. I'm sure it will hold up because it is of good quality metal. It also looks very unique which is a plus.

So they banged around the box and chipped some of the paint. No paper or any package material was added to the box. Seems like a bad way to ship. The pole is very poorly designed. The bright shiny pole top ornament was unable to do anything but crossthread and the flag clips were too widely spaced to securely hold the flag in place - being 2-3 inches too widely spaced for the grommets!
To the Company's credit, they are sending new pole. The most i am expecting is that the pole ornament will thread on. I'm pretty sure the other problem won't be addressed!

We received our product (a desktop iPad holder) and the quality was poor. We did not have most of the screws required to assemble the holder. The face of it was also very scratched up, as if it was previously used or damaged in shipment. We waited long enough to get the product (after paying for 2-day shipping), so we refuse to return it and wait even longer. Not satisfied at all, but it'll do the job at least.
