We really like the display board and it is exactly what we expected. The only problem was that the middle dry erase panel has a scratch on it. The delivery box was very beat up, but it had no effect on the product. Haven't contacted DisplayMart yet.

Ordered TV Stand with 4 Acrylic Shelves Silver. It arrived in several boxes and wasn't packaged very which caused some damage to the base of the stand. The craftsmanship of the overall stand itself was rather poor. One bracket on the TV mount used tork screws while the other used phillip Screws. The phillip bracket had mis-drilled holds, so things didn't line up. It is clear that this item is cheaply made and cost way to much for what you get.

I ordered (Manufacturer of Promotional Table) $160 worth of products and shipping was $40 - 25%?! Was only given one delivery option and that was that the cabinets were delivered to the front step of my office building where I'm sorted on the 4th floor. Getting 500lbs of glad cabinetry up to my office was an event. Unwrapped everything only to find that one shelf was broken. Waiting to see how the company handles that before making my final decision on my experience.

I'm going to have to return the stand it's really not sturdy and very difficult to put on. It wobbles a lot. Honestly it's a piece of junk in it we did my time.

The mount came dusty, and with a clean rag was easily cleanable.
Without a paper template, and no drywall brackets, it took 2 hours, lots of measuring, and a hardware store visit.
Being off by 1/2" made the rework frustrating.
A nice unit but tricky to install.

The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is for the shipping costs. Way too high. DisplayMart needs to renegotiate their shipping contract or raise prices in the event that they are making profit on shipping. Shipping is not the way to recover costs in this day and age of free shipping for so, so many suppliers.

Otherwise my interaction with company very satisfactory. Answered questions on phone prior to order, solid product. Arrived when said it would. Yes recommend.

The item that I purchased works great and got here quick enough. The monitor mount was everything that I expected. However, the assembly instructions are so bad, it's almost not worth looking at. Looking at them does more harm than good. Luckily there wasn't a whole lot to the assembly. Figured it out once I accepted that the instructions are nearly worthless.

We placed a order and we're unhappy with the product that was delivered. I reached out by email saying that we were disappointed with what we received and why. I received an email back saying they would look into the warehouse inventory and I haven't heard back. We still have the product and are ready to return or exchange it depending on the quality of the other inventory. But nothing further has been done.

The bulk snack dispensers we ordered (Manufacturer of Promotional Table) were very expensive and I expected a very high quality product. Most of the product is great, however, the springs that operate the dispenser are loud and squeaky on 3 of the 4 dispensers that I ordered (Manufacturer of Promotional Table). I am disappointed given the amount of money that I paid for these products. Other than the noisy springs, the product is very good. The bins hold a large amount of food and the gravity fed design of the dispenser allows for larger snacks to pass through. I wanted to give this review 5 stars, but with the very loud and squeaky springs, I simply can't.

The ordering was easy, the cost was good, the product was what was advertised, and the shipment was received quickly. BUT the box was ripped almost to shreds I'm surprised anything was still in it. It may have been the shipper but it looks more like it was returned and they re-used the box because even the bags inside were open and the bag of screws, washers, etc was wide open and pushed up against a hole in the side of the box that was just covered with clear packing tape. Amazingly enough we only lost 3 washers.

I have managed trade shows for the past 14 years and always order booth furnishing from DisplayMart. This is the first time I will be returning a product! If you sit on the stools, they are too tall, your knees hit the table!!! The finish on the stools is poor and in some areas, non-existent!

I am really pleased with these frames. Not cheap looking although price is awesomely low. Easy to insert pictures with the small prongs that just push up to insert and then back to secure backing. Slot like hangers on backing. These were packed with great protection. I definitely would feel comfortable ordering again.

My order was received very promptly, and after quickly constructing one of the easels together, I found myself very pleased with my decision to purchase these particular easels through DisplayMart. The "weather proof" outdoor brochure display however came with a slit through the plastic down the back which would 100% let in rain so I had to tape it shut with clear packing tape. Not ideal but so far it's keeping the water out.
