I would keep buying from Diaplays2go, but my only suggestion to make the customer be able to make a better decision is to have more pictures of the item and actual color (maybe people can add pictures of the product). If an item have different sizes, it should have a picture with a person in front to know who high or low is.

For the rest, we recommend the product we purchased.

While the ease of use and design on the website was great, I was unable to actually place an order due to the Art Department only being able to take 1 type of picture file. It would be more helpful if they were able to convert files into their format, instead of the customer having to resubmit multiple times, and guess what will work and what won't. In the end, it was too much of a hassle going back and forth and guessing what they needed, so I decided to go with a local vendor that was able to take the pictures I had and resize them how they needed them for their software to work.

I went online to find 6x8 frames. I was excited to find them here. Sadly when they arrived they were really 8x10 frames with a label of 6x8. If there would have been a matte to frame the 6x8's I would have been ok with it. I will used the frames for 8x10's but it is not a 6x8 at all. Also each sheet of glass has an off color to it and even after cleaning I could not remove the discoloration.

Just a tip: we knew the photo prop was going to be handled by several children at a festival, so we super-glued wood shims on the back side to make it extra sturdy, because at that size it does bend a little.
