I love my displays and the website allows for easy downloading for personalization purposes. I purchased the plinko board and tAble top wheel of fortune type thing and when you spin the wheel the plastic will cut you. Two of us cut ourselves so i had to file down the edges of both pieces before i allowed clients to play, it took an hour or so to do and ruined my file (it was last minute so sandpaper wasnt around). Otherwise everything was great but i wish they would fix that.

I loved the diploma/picture/tassel display! I had a lot of trouble finding it elsewhere, but I finally found it here at a good price. However, I ordered (Display pop up counter podium) two of these. The first one came broken from transport, and the second one had an odd discoloration on the side of the glass part of the frame (which is actually more of an opaque plastic). Overall, good product but not so great quality.

Placed an order for cubicle hangers as we had just renovated our office and needed new hangers for white boards, etc... After waiting a week and still not receiving a shipping confirmation I contacted a rep via an online chat and was told that one of the items was out of stock and they would check on the other and get back to me. After waiting 24 hours I still hadn't heard so called customer service and was told they'd look into it and have someone get back to me. The next day I received an email saying "sorry, the items are out of stock and we have canceled your order". Really??? How hard would that have been to get programed into your website so that customers aren't left hanging ordering products they assume you still have? And the fact that I had to call THEM!

Easel measurments did not indicate it it was the size of the dry erase board or the easel itself. Upon arrrival found it was supposed to be for the dry erase board but was off a bit. Using this to put a poster of the same size, will work but am having to cut poster down a bit to fit.

The graphics look fantastic on our tension fabric display. We got double sided and the graphics/text are very clear and the colors are vibrant. The display looks nice put together however it is MUCH more difficult to put together than I had anticipated. The base is very heavy and you have to hold that up while also holding the poles up on one side and trying to screw in from the other side. It is definitely not a 1 person job. We are going to have to find a way to ship it with the base put together so that our exhibitor is able to set up quickly. But we are very very pleased with the graphics! We ended up in a bit of a bind, Sylvan expedited our order to get it to us on time w/out charging us extra which was greatly appreciated! I have ordered (Display pop up counter podium) through Sylvan several times and he is always very helpful and knowledgeable.

I ordered (Display pop up counter podium) two iPad stands to ship to Canada, and was extremely disappointed to find out that "same day shipping" does not mean that it will be delivered that day or the next day. As it turned out, if I was shipping to Canada, I had to select international shipping if I wanted it delivered within a few days, rather than Canadian shipping. After speaking with three customer care representatives, I finally learned that not only could I not expedite my order after it had already left the warehouse, but they could not provide me tracking information for the two iPad stands. Not only did they arrive after the event that I needed them for, the stands did not fit any tablet as advertised. I was unable to thread the iPad charging cord through the stand as it was only designed for a small charging cord like the new iPads or a microUSB. The original iPad cord or a USB would not thread through the stand as advertised. I would not recommend DisplayMart, even though the iPad stands were priced cheaper than other suppliers.
