Everything was great, however, delivery was awkward. We were told it would arrive on Friday, but when we checked the tracking, it was in Japan. We thought it would be too late to use for the show. However, it arrived mid-day Monday. So allow extra time for delivery.

The ballot box is as beautiful as pictured. We will be using it intermittently for cash donations at various events.It requires a minimal amount of assembly to add base. I was disappointed that the protective styrofoam arrived damaged in pieces and cannot be reused for storage. If the styrofoam had been whole, it would require the base to be removed to fit back in the box. That is inconvenient

I ordered (Fabric pop-up displays) 10 lead boxes that cost $58 but they were too big for what I wanted. They were exactly what the website said but when I put them together they were bigger than expected. I would have to pay shipping plus 20% restocking fee to return them which would be $30 for shipping and $11.60 for restocking. That's $41.60 out of my $56 to return the product that didn't work. Make sure it's what you want before you order.

Our church was looking for a box to collect special donations throughout the year. When I saw this box, it was perfect! It is the right size, has a lockable lid, pocket on the side for donation envelopes and can be mounted on a wall or placed on a table. Our pastor was very pleased when I presented it to him. Because it has a sleeve on the front, the signage can easily be changed to fit the occasion.
Overall, this is a box that can be adapted for many uses. Very pleased with the purchase!!

When I ordered (Fabric pop-up displays) online, the video shows differently than what I received. The lady keep on telling me that underneath the video stated something that it only shows the brightness. But I did not see that writing below the video. The only thing I saw below the video was the description and product details. So in short the video was misleading because I thought that was what I was going to get. I want to change it to the one just like what is shown in the video but the lady told me I will have to pay for the return shipping cost. I am not saying I will return it without buying another one. All I was asking is to offer free return shipping to change to the right open sign that I want. My husband and I are very disappointed with our experience with your company. It would have been better that there was no video showing at all not to confuse the customers.

This display board was perfect for our educational exhibit displayed at the New Jersey Flower & Garden Show. With a velcro surface we can easily interchange items on the exhibit for future displays. It is a nice looking podium. I am happy with how it looks. My only complaint is that the corner of the base was bent. It wasn't from shipping because it is packaged nicely.The other thing is that the predrilled holes were super snug so you did have to run the screws through them first before attempting to join the pieces.

I am also looking to replace the height adjustable feet. When put togehter this podium is very sturdy. However, i am looking for caster wheels in order to move this podium around when need be.

We were very impressed with amount of thought that went into this unit. They included the perfect screw driver (a total surprise - have never seen that before) The screws were separated into labeled plastic bags, which made their useage easier. The instructions were good, but the images could be enlarged, and the written portion refined just a bit, as they were a little confusing. Thus we needed to back track a couple times to get the pieces in the right position. But as for the final unit, we're very pleased. For the price and quality, it can't be beat.

Delivered quickly but the rack is sort of top heavy; read on: wrapped with bubble wrap but four or five areas of the rack stuck out of the cardboard box; luckily they were not scratched. One area was bent but does not affect rack performance.

This rack is wobbly upon setting up on wheels. We replaced the wheels with the enclosed plastic slides which made the rack a bit more stable. But to avoid it falling over if a child messes with it, we will probably keep it in the room corner and attach wires from the main pole on the rack to two walls, much as people wire their Christmas trees to the wall if they have cats that might climb the tree. This should keep the rack perfectly stable. I would suggest a rack redesign, giving the base FIVE legs and make them slightly longer. They might then become a trip hazard though. But with five legs the weight might be more evenly distributed and make it less apt to fall over. it's really rather top heavy and we don't even have that much literature on it, mostly brochures and papers, and not heavier magazines, looseleaf binders, or books.

The delivery driver was driving too fast and went past my house. Once he got the product delivered, we found that many of the protective pieces were knocked from their positions which caused damage to my case. The damage is visible and I'm living with it but I'm not satisfied.

I recently ordered (Fabric pop-up displays) and received a flag display case (order #101118485). I ordered (Fabric pop-up displays) a case for a 3’ X 5’ flag. The packing slip describes the case as “3X5 Cherry Flag Case”. In the past, I have used other sources for 3’ X 5’ flag cases; the flags fit very snugly in these cases. Today I placed the flag in the case for presentation this evening. The case is too big; it has about 1” of uncovered glass on two side of the flag. The case is probably for a 4’ X 6’ or larger flag. Too late to return it. I will order from other sources in the future. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.
