Love the display. Everything I expected. Delivery for hundreds of dollars was terrible. The unit came barely on a pallet. Could fall over easily. Pallet all torn apart. I was afraid to take it off the truck. I had to get it off his truck with my forklift ( which I paid for a tail gate truck so they could bring it down).
I received a follow up call and they were great, they were genuinely concerned with the delivery. They made it right!!! I would buy from them again for sure.

When we use in quantity, it takes a long time to un-pack the standoffs. Too much time. What not offer in some form of "bulk pack". Perhaps a lower price for larger quantities. Also less waste and debris to the land fill.

The order process what very easy, dimensions on the website were accurate and the order was shipped quickly.

Overall the product suited my needs but the construction/quality of the display was a little disappointing. The shelf's that are on the inside of the display are rough cut almost like they had been cut by hand. The outer panels affix with Velcro which is a nice feature but they are a bit too long so they have the tendency to pop off. We will most likely have to trim them for our next show. Counter for the top comes in three pieces, one of the pieces was slightly warped making the counter top rock back and forth. We were able to fix that by putting a shim under it.

On the plus side, the set up is quick and easy, the luggage style bag makes it easy to transport and visually it is very appealing.

I ordered (Tension Fabric Pop up) the projection screen it works great but I wasn't expecting it to be so long when closed up. When transporting it the swivel parts want to move and the tripod legs want to open. I had to secure it rope before transporting. You should have it come with Velcro straps for future purchasers.

I had to return your product because it wasn't what I wanted. I had to pay my own shipping plus a 20% restocking fee. I shipped the products back in good condition. You had no other products to replace the ones I returned. I will never purchase from you again as in returning the product and with restocking fees I paid probably about $80.00 to $100.00 and I couldn't help that I had to return items, that amount is ridiculous.
Upon receiving my review DisplayMart contacted me, refunded me my 20% restocking fee and I appreciate their kindness, that is what I call good customer service. Also I have been informed that DisplayMart is no longer charging a restocking fee, and that is good news. Thank you!

I ordered (Tension Fabric Pop up) the 11x14 led tabletop acrylic sign from DisplayMart. I didn't like the product because I thought it was made very flimsy and didn't stand up. It kept falling over on its own, and broke. But, this company stood behind this product and without hesitation, refunded my money. Although I wasn't satisfied with the product, I would order from this company again in a heartbeat because of the integrity they have. Keep up the good work DisplayMart. I received an email stating that the item we ordered (Tension Fabric Pop up) was out of stock and was given a suggestion for a different bottle. Purchased this online and got a speedy delivery. The product was not as pictured. The telescoping piece was like a periscope in a submarine being very thick which we found to be a distraction if hung in the kitchen over the island. The photo of it showed it to be a thinner mount. It was returned.

The negative feedback that I have is in reference to the condition of the boxes when I received them. One of the boxes was pretty much falling apart and the bands that were wrapped around them to keep them together were loose and had come off of the boxes completely. I was surprised that all of the pieces were still there when I opened it up for assembly. The boxes were in such bad condition that I had to purchase new boxes in order to ship them to the next destination.
