Was received in a box that had obviously tampered with. There were 3 of a part that only needed 1; no screws; part was broken from pole to where it fits into the base. The other 2 items were fine.

First of all, I order this table for our new school, and it never arrived. I talked to someone at the company, and they shipped out another table. When I received it, the box was almost falling off of it, because it was so damaged and torn. Last weekend, we were ready to move the new furniture in our new school. I opened the box and a significant size of damage was done to the edge of the table and part of the top. After spending a substantial amount of money on this table, it was VERY disappointing. I will not order from this company again.

My artwork was rejected and when I called, for some odd reason, I could not talk to the art team which is ridiculous. Why wouldn't the customer be able to talk to the art team? It just makes no sense. If something is wrong with the artwork then customers should be able to talk to the art team and try to resolve the issue.

The service was great and the delivery time was great as well. I did think the TV display would be taller as it advertised the TV would go to 87" high. That was not the case. What extended up to that height was an additional arm to mount a camera. My solution was to build a box 12" high to get the monitor up to the height I wanted. Great product and it WAS the tallest you offered without breaking the bank. Thanks.

When our order was received, it was obvious the box had been repackaged and possibly a return. When we opened the box, the hardware was loose throughout the box and there was no parts list or instructions. I called DisplayMart and the phone was answered immediately - by a real person. I put them on alert that we may have issues (because of the 5 day notice) and requested a parts list and instructions. These were emailed to me before I hung up the phone. Thankfully, everything was included and the display only took about 15 minutes to assemble. It looks great in our office and seems sturdy.

This is our 3rd order of this particular product, and we love it. In Northern Nevada, we have extreme weather conditions, which include high winds, heavy snow and rain. These holders have really held up to the elements. The first two have been in use now for several years and we haven't had any issues. I would highly recommend them.

Everything was fine until the delivery person just left the box before we got to answer the door. That was not good. Someone could have taken it. So FYI tell your delivery personnel to wait at least 2 minutes before just leaving the box in the garage area.

The displays showed up and thankfully are great quality and super easy to set up. The customer service, however, is lacking. I was constantly having to call customer service to get the order moving along, it was like it just sat there in limbo until I would call and say I need the next step to be completed. It took about two weeks to get from start to finish just on getting artwork approved due to lack of communication from them. We then ended up having to pay for 2 day shipping to get it on time due to that. Aside from having to push to get the job done, once it was complete they did look great and work well.

I purchased this shelf and really wanted it to work, but when I tried to put it together (and I've been in retail and have put these sorts of things together a lot, so I know what I'm doing), it was non-functional. The holes for the screws had been drilled in the wrong place. I think it might be an OK shelf, but it just hasn't worked for us.
