We purchased two of the 5-Tiered Children's Book Display for Floor, Double Sided, Wood - Natural for our new bookstore. The finished product is great but the assembly was not. The directions were not clear and confusing and it took hours for me to assemble the first one on my own. The provided screws were not long enough to get a "bite" through panel "D" on either cart and I had to purchase additional hardware to secure the panel across the fronts of the carts.

I found the order page easy to navigate and ordering easy. However, when we received the case the wood that was glued in place to hold the glass had come apart. Because the glass wasn't broken or chipped, we chose to fix it ourselves. But, I hope this was just an unusual happening not their usual workmanship.

When a person orders something online, the understanding by the customer is that it may be returned if it does not meet the customers satisfaction. This company gladly accepts returns but charges a 20% restock fee, does not supply return postage, and requires the item to be insured by buyer. That is completely unacceptable. I know why this policy is in place, the product is such poor quality everyone probably returns it. It is the only way they make money...a SCAM in my opinion.

I recently ordered (Display Wall backdrop) some items and was told our account was not Net 30 due to a past due invoice. I was forced to submit a PO and provide more contact details for a credit review. When I asked for more information as to the past due invoice, I was told to just submit a PO for credit review. I had to assume that our account was "flagged" due to the return of a large product I purchased the prior year. I feel that maybe the record keeping could be improved so that your account reps have the correct information when dealing with customers.

We ordered (Display Wall backdrop) a display for a new branch. The display looked to match the finishes in the office and we liked that it was portable. When it arrived and we were putting it together the aluminum front has some dents in it. I called customer service- figuring there would be several hoops to jump through the resolve the issue. I spoke with Kay, who within 5 minutes had a new display on its way to us, no expectation to return the damaged pieces. The replacement arrived in 3 days!

I ordered (Display Wall backdrop) three different TV stands. Each one was missing parts when it arrived, delaying my build. This company has an entire department just for sending people the parts they forgot to send in the first place. If they would just use those people to count the parts, I wouldn't be so disappointed. Then, when I got the shipment with the missing parts, I kid you not, that shipment was missing parts! They can't count to 3.

I'm very disappointed in my experience with DisplayMart. I will do my best to avoid doing business with them in the future.

I had a very close deadline and based on all moving parts running in sync we were going to be able to make my deadline. Unfortunately, as things do happen there was a slow in production which was going to miss my drop dead delivery date for my trade show.

Knowing how important this date was, they are shipping my items out overnight at their expense so that I receive my product in time.

Case which was almost as expensive as the wheel was obviously a return. Has a huge, deep scratch across the front that’s about 20 inches long and several small scratches about 3 inches long.

I'm not a fan that I have to call a customer service center and try to get 1 of 10 replacement acrylic pockets. We all know acrylic is very easy to break so it doesn't make sense to me that's it's so difficult to get replacements.

The stand offs need more instructions with them. Not in necessarily in assembly, but best practice to mount the panel. For example, should you mount the stand off to the wall first or drill the panel first then mark the wall? I measured the four locations on the wall first, mounted the stand off base and then started drilling the panel. The holes in the panel ended up being upto 1/4" off at each corner. I think if I could do it again, I would drill and assembly the stand off to the panel so that they are evenly placed in the corners, then mark the wall where the standoff would meet the wall. Letting the corner mismatch be on the wall vs. on the Panel where it can be seen that the cap its not placed in the corners evenly. It ended up looking fine, but way more of a PITA then it was worth. Mine was especially hard because it was 3'x4' panel, and really hard to hold straight and take measurements. It was high off the ground too, doing all this on a ladder was not easy.

Also allow your min order to be 1 box. I didn't need 8 stand offs. It wasn't clear that you get 4 standoff per box.

Overall good product, and actual stainless steel. I first bought knock off pieces from another store and it was cheap tin material with a SS cap that was glued in place. I like that these are actually a stainless steel bar stock machined to create the standoff nice quality.

Quality products, however the first package arrived damaged due to a combination of what seemed to be some mishandling by the delivery guy, but mostly because the packaging wasn't really that effective. But, after contacting customer service, the issue was resolved immediately! They sent out another package, packed WAY better than the previous one, and the product arrived in perfect condition! They really stood by their products and made sure to do the right thing. Wonderful experience overall and will definitely order from them in the future! Just wish they used 100% eco-friendly packaging materials and offered more recycled products... that's the only constructive criticism I have for them. Everything else, GREAT!
