The item was delivered within 2 days (I live within 100 miles of DisplayMart). The single item I ordered (Portable display booth) was delivered in 2 packages, but came at the same time - it was divided between the stand and the display rack. The only confusing part was that my account was billed in 2 separate transactions with added together equaled the order total, but the 2 separate amounts didn't correspond to the item, shipping or tax amounts. As for the stand itself, it was very easy to assemble and is exactly as described. I ordered (Portable display booth) item GCH5712WT, "Rotating Greeting Card Display w/ Sign Clip, Countertop, 12 Pockets - White". The display pockets are made to display vertical cards which will work for my purposes, but I would have preferred a counter top to display cards horizontally (which is not an option sold by DisplayMart) If my business expands I will be purchasing more display items from DisplayMart. I am very satisfied thus far and recommend DisplayMart based on my experience.

the customer service was excellent, and were very helpful in the design layout. Product arrived in record time, didn't have to track it down or wonder when it was going to arrive.

My concern is with the product, the aluminum frame that is provided with the one piece stretched fabric does not sit straight, so it looks like my display is about to fall over, or warped. The fabric is easy to get on and an fits snugly, the color is a bit dull, but that could be just because I had red printed on white. It just looks a little less "bright" or solid than I expected.

Sign holder arrived on time and was in good shape. The item description was accurate. The only confusion was that I received 'pop-up' ads for DisplayMart on my computer for a 15% discount on the same item. When I clicked on the link, the website showed the full price. I called Customer Service and she told me that the discounted price couldn't be honored, because they didn't set the discounted price. It was a little confusing about who is setting the prices for your merchandise. The Customer Service lady was very friendly, professional and helpful, so all turned out okay.

Received 2, large signs in good condition in a very short time. When I opened the boxes they were in perfect condition. When I went to set them up one box had all the necessary parts in it and the other had no parts whatsoever. Went to the local ACE Hardware store and got what I thought were the correct sized bolts and lock washers, but the thread pattern on those was not the same as was in the product shipped to me. Am awaiting the appropriate materials. Good product, but quality control needs to be sharpened.

I got canned responses when I tried to interact with her and she was simply unfriendly and curt outside of that. I spend a lot of time working with various vendors and being friendly and personable goes a long way and it doesn't take much.

These frames are fabulous -- of the highest quality -- look terrific -- and for pieces like water color that let the light through -- fantastic. But like I said in my "comments" I ordered (Portable display booth) 2 frames for $20 something and spent another $20 something in fees. Ridiculous -- but it's the only place to find them -- not even Amazon has them -- for shops that buy in bulk it's fine -- but why give your popular business away? My advice -- buy in bulk if you can so they waive the $10 "broken case" fee.

We ordered (Portable display booth) the tiered literature rack with a black tabletop. It was the only product like it available and sets up and closes away easily enough. It is very heavy and the case should have wheels. You will definitely need a hand truck to transport it. Also the first one came and had a chip on the black top where the side folds down because the screw was tightened too tight. It is clear that the top is not durable at all with a very think black coat of paint over particle board. I called customer service and they were extremely nice and got us a replacement within 2 days and didn't even make us hassle with sending the original back. The new one came and had the exact same issue. Nice piece but not durable. Customer service is 5 stars though.

We purchased two "laptop stands", which DisplayMart had drop-shipped from Oklahoma Sound. In assembling them one was missing a part, which made it unusable. The Pick Ticket showed a clause on the bottom that said all discrepancies must be reported within 5 days. I tried to email Oklahoma Sound at their email address and the email came back undeliverable. I had to run to the hardware store to buy a couple of bolts/nuts to make the stand usable, which looked pretty unprofessional. The Pick Ticket said that the order had been checked twice.....which begs the question as to how such a major part of the stand could be missing after being "checked twice".

The staples in the flag box that hold the glass in completely missed the side of the box, so the glass was laying inside of the box. I glued it in, only because my brother was coming from Hawaii and I wanted to give him our fathers flag before he went home. When I called the service department the person who helped me was well trained in customer service. I will be expecting a 10$ credit on my bill. My card rack arrived quickly and was mostly complete although missing the pin to hold the washers in. It was not wrapped as a brand new rack. There were broken plastic ties in the box and it was not wrapped in bubble wrap as all the other racks I've ordered (Portable display booth). We used an old pin that we had. I set up the rack in the store and when I broken down the box there was the missing pin. Stuck in between the flaps of the box. The rack seems to be in fine shape but it was clearly repackaged and not very well.

Great product, great service, great follow up, etc. etc.
Only problem and that's the assembly process. Lots of sharp edges on the machining areas dangerous to cut fingers arms etc. Also, the inside column floats freely that could cause finger damages. Special notation on assembly instructions CAUTION SHARP EDGES as well as packing the unit with appropriate safeguards such as Holding Clamps or Heavy Duty Zipties etc.
As the pieces come out of the box a lot of sharp-edged metal move without restrictions. I'm glad I personally assembled instead of one of my staff. I have alerted my counterparts to purchase this unit, but be very Careful unpacking and installing.

I receive my sign 5 days after ordering it started to on packages in so many many deep scratches as well as various scratches all over it over the sign does work and it does do everything is advertised as ever I feel for $120 very very poor packaging and I do believe the sign was returned before I would include pictures that I took but there's no input to add them in this field

There is only one weakness with this product/company. There are simply not enough individual letters included in the boxes. I have seen other companies that tell you exactly how many of each letter is included. I should not have to buy an additional set of letters just to get another M or W. This is my problem right now. We have ordered (Portable display booth) numerous times from DisplayMart. A 5 star rating is within your reach!

Ordered 3 different types of large glass displays and had them all with 5 business days. It would of been within 48 hours but one did come in broken. Even though it was broken I had little issues with returning it and getting a replacement one shipped to me.

I contacted them about returning it and I have to pay to ship it back, as well as drive an hour to a site that will ship it to them. Although the company was great about answering my inquiry, and I do not expect them to pay for shipping a return product back, they should offer to have it picked up at your house.
