I wouldn't purchase this stand again. When it arrived there were large scratches down the front of it. The packaging that it was shipped in looked pristine, so it looks as though they decided to send the stand out that way. With scratches that large, it'd be hard to call it an oversight in QA. However, that alone wasn't what warranted the one star. The main reason why this stand received one star is because no matter what size monitor we tried mounting to it, the stand seemed to be too weak to hold the monitors up. We tried a 22" monitor first, then a 17" monitor. Neither one of them would sit upright on the stand. They both sagged until the monitor was almost parallel with the floor. We even tried tightening the bolts that are glued to the sides, and that didn't work either. Needless to say this stand was completely useless.

I purchased the product and it appeared to be shipped promptly as I had ordered (Roll Up Standees) before the cutoff for shipment that day. My only frustration with the shipment method is that I did not ever get an expected arrival date but that likely has nothing to do with the vendor. The price was excellent for what I purchased but the shipping seemed a little excessive but that is probably because I have been spoiled with free shipping at other places. Overall it was a good purchase experience and we got exactly what we expected to get.

I ordered (Roll Up Standees) 2 brochure stands which I thought would hold 9x11 brochures through out. It arrived and only contained a few slots for 9x11. I was told I would have to pay for the return freight, which amounted to more than the cost of the stands. So I am stuck with two unusable stands. Had I purchased through Amazon , I would have been offered a free return policy including shipping. If is unfortunate that Displays to Go would not help me with the return cost as I was prepared to re-order a stand that fit my needs.

I ordered (Roll Up Standees) two preprinted banners that were in-stock for a client who had a store opening a week away. The store was in NJ and since D2G is located in RI I figured we'd receive these banners in 2 or 3 days tops (the site says product ships next-day). Over a week later and I had yet to receive these items. When I looked closer at the tracking I discovered that the shipment originated in Canada and it would still be several days before I received these items. I called D2G and expressed my frustration as now I've missed my client's grand-opening. The rep said she was sorry but told me that yes, those items do ship from Canada. What I would suggest is that D2G update these products by stating that the ship from outside of the US and to anticipate unexpected shipping ETAs. I have no issues with where items ship from, as long as this information is available upfront so that buyers could make informed purchases. I would not have ordered (Roll Up Standees) these items if I knew that they would arrive after the deadline I was looking to meet. I was left feeling intentionally misled and I would likely consider doing business with another vendor in the future.

The shipping process was very quick and I appreciate that part. The actual item is slightly defective but I didn’t feel like taking it apart , returning it & waiting for an exchange. One of the rods is defective and I have to find something to hold the rack together. I can’t put all of my purses on it because the rack will fall apart. It’s a little disappointing but I’m going to deal with it.

So far I'm very unhappy. I ordered (Roll Up Standees) 9 stands for a school district and several arrived with missing parts and one with some damage. The boxes were punctured upon arrival which may have been what caused the parts to fall out. I have emailed pictures and requested to return the item but have so far had a response (it's been 3 days) about how the issue will be resolved. Pretty disappointing experience.

The product is great but the web security when you enter your information suck. Every time I order fro here as soon as I enter my info 3 minutes later I get a call from my Credit Card company that someone has tried to push through a excessive amount of transactions all of a sudden. Please update or get a better security system I will not order from here again until this problem is fixed

The sign I ordered (Roll Up Standees) has directions inside the sign that I do not know how to open. This is not helpful in anyway, it is extremely frustrating that I have to search your website and google for answers.

The box also came inside of two larger boxes - the packaging is not needed and is a big waste of cardboard.

The large one had a minor issue with the protective lens and I contacted the customer service representative.

I am very happy with the product, the clip system is so easy to use, this is a no brainer vs other frames I have used before.

Also, I have used the 3M scratch product to hang all my 3 frames and it is a great solution if you don't want to make any hole in the wall.

My CD table display looked great at my event.
As for packaging I wish the racks could fold down for easier traveling but for the price the CD racks was just what I need.

Overall, I received the item ordered (Roll Up Standees) quickly, The mount is secure on the wall and the monitor clamp tightens up to support the monitor in the desired position but the keyboard tray has no ridge to prevent the key or mouse from sliding off which in disappointing since they started sliding off almost immediately after it was installed.
