This was my first time ordering from this company. The quality of the item that I received met my expectations however the shipping process and lack of communication regarding the status of my order was disheartening.

I placed this order the second week in October. I hadn't received any emails to advise of the status of my order so I decided to call after 3 weeks of waiting. I was advised that every order, regardless of the shipping option selected takes 2 weeks to process....huh???

I am amending my review due to the quick response, professional care and amicable resolution provided by this company. I was not happy with my product, but they made things right with me. If I have another occassion to purchase with this company, I will do it without hesitation. The only thing I would do differently is to call and ask questions if I am unsure of what my needs are.

Original response - The website indicated the TV stand would house up to a 60" TV, however, the table top was only 43" wide and the width of the legs across the 55" TV is approximalely 50". I was disappointed because I now have to find another stand to ensure stability of the TV.

This is my first trade show display, so I've never even set anything up like this. The case, which also transforms into a podium, is not big, but not small either. I took it out of the box, rolled it into my living room and took out each piece and laid them out so I could check if I had everything. Then I looked at the directions. There were 6 steps... 6? Really??? Well it went LIGHTENING fast! Up and gorgeous! I did need a stool to attach the magnetic "drapes" at the top of the unit, just because I'm only 5' 5". They magnetized perfectly and looked amazing! I set it up on the carpet, but on the tile or wood floor would be just as easy. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS DISPLAY!!!

The frames I got wer really nice. I bought white squares 12 by 12 with a 1 inch mat. It was similar to a frame I just paid 29 2GO I PAID 7.99. THE DIFFERENCE IS THE WOOD IS ABOUT 1 INCH INSTEAD OF 1.75 around the out side. Great deal but you should get new hangers just use eyes with wire. I also purchased black frames for 9.95 do not know the item number and a white one the same but the window on the white is only 7.5 by11 the black is 8 by 11 very good. I am an artist and shop for frames all the time. These I recommend with out hesitation. I gave 4 stars because not all frames are this quality.

I ordered (Outdoor displays booth) 6 stands from DisplayMart. The process was seamless and they arrived on time. There was a mix up during packaging at the manufacturer because 2 of the boxes labeled "black" actually contained a "cherry" product. The real test of an organization is their customer service.

When I called them to report the problem (during business hours) I was able to speak to someone right away. She asked several probing questions to help determine where the problem occurred so that they can avoid it happening again. She provided her contact info and promised to call me back the next day with a resolution.

Two days later I called her and got through immediately. She apologized for not following up with me but had done the background work that was required. She was able to provide me shipping labels to return the incorrect product and shipped out the correct boxes to me that day.

I have yet to assemble the remaining two products but I'm confident that I'll be taken care of if there are any problems.

We ordered (Outdoor displays booth) tables tents to replace our old ones and found the size on the discription that matched ours. The size ended up being too big and I emailed them to tell them. They said that it was the right size and that I could pay to send them back and I would be charged a restocking fee. I never even opened them and when you spend almost $200 on products that you can't use because of a bad description and trhey won't help you it's very frustrating. Bad bad bad customer service. I still have not received a reply to my follow up email. Extremely disappointed.

but 2 day shipping means 3 from the order date if you order when they are closed. I ordered (Outdoor displays booth) it on a Sunday night, Monday was a Holiday, and it didn't arrive until Thursday. I count that as a three day, but the extra money I spent for two day shipping wasn't going to be refunded according to the customer service representative

We placed an order, and on the day it was to arrive, we got an email saying the material was not in stock. We then had to scurry and get an inferior product to fulfill our needs in another state. Chahlynn, gave us the option of receiving the product in the other state, in which we were totally unfamiliar, and for us to send ladies in our employ into neighborhoods in which we could not vouch for their safety, approximately a half our from where we needed to be, throwing off our conference schedule. When we said this was not acceptable, all we got was, "Do you want to cancel the order" we told her no, we wanted your company to do the right thing and make it right for totally messing up our plans...all that was ultimately offered was 20% off our next order....this is very much, the short, short version...the behavior and outcome was deplorable, unprofessional and void of good business ethics.....being treated like this and left to just fend for ourselves without even a proper apology....there will never be another order. Now, we have to hassle ourselves to be sure we were not charged...untrustworthy.

Bought 3 ballot boxes. All shipped separately. Just one was not wrapped well inside the box. That box also had tears on outside. There is a little damage to ballot box lid. The quality of the items is very good. They arrived within timeframe quoted. I would buy from them again.
I did not expect it but customer service contacted me and is crediting my account for a portion of cost of the one box for damage done. They truly care about customers! I am impressed with their service! Will definitely use them again.

After switching the "no hardware" with the " Improperly drilled " we were still down an easel. I called the company and they overnighted a new easel which they inspected before shipping. The magazine stands are a good quality. As long as you don't put too many magazines in the stand should be able to hold them. If you fill them more than half full they tend to tip over backwards. I trimmed a couple of the longer folding pieces and insert them where the tabs are on the backside in order to hold them up better. This little trick worked great! It takes a few minutes to trim the pieces and insert them, but it's well worth it for the cost savings!

The piece does not go together as it should. Even a structural engineer cannot get it to work. If the box hadn't ripped during shipment , it would be returned by now. A piece of useless junk is this item.

I would strongly suggest that any one in the art field not buy this easel !
It is extremely difficult to put together by trying to follow the limited directions shown in the single page that comes with the product, My wife and I have already spent hours trying to decipher it. We have still not made much progress. We are not engineers !
For one example: We have not been able to make one solid joint because it seems like the creator did not drill a deep enough hole to allow the screw to be seated snugly. We are wondering if this is going to end as a piece of junk !
Also at least two pieces have been mis-numbered.
In addition: two pieces had no stickers.
This is turning into a compendium for which I have no time.
