Our first wall mounted brochure rack from DisplayMart arrived broken, and it was easy to see why. The shipping box had very little packing material to secure the rack during shipping. The rack itself is VERY flimsy and half of the rubber rings used to secure the partitions were either broken or missing. To their credit, they DID send another rack quickly, but I should have just asked for a refund because the second one arrived with pieces missing as well. My 5 year old could probably snap the thing in half by himself.

This company was great to work with. Ordering online was easy, it came within a week or so of my order. The pieces were well wrapped and protected for shipping, and they were easy to put together. My only reason for not giving them 5 stars was due to confusion on my credit card statement. I have received both full pieces, but my card hasn't been charged fully, only charged for a portion. Their customer service line was able to help me figure out the charge, but it's been 4 days and my card still hasn't been charged the full amount. Regardless, I will order with this company again for sure.

Overall I've had a positive experience with Displays 2 Go.You do get what you pay for. So, don't go cheap. I ordered (Custom exhibit booth) a banner stand that wouldn't support my vinyl banner... So I returned it with no hassles. I'm ordering the higher end banner stand and hopefully I won't be disappointed.

We bought two of these. They are stable and heavy. Both of are tables were damaged upon receiving them. The packaging wasn't damaged and both had similar flaws in the plastic top making me wonder if it's a manufacturing problem. Tables are still usable but don't look the best.

At first I thought it was a bit pricey, but it was one of the few options available to make a vertical dual monitor setup work (my table doesn't allow a clamp to fit). Upon receiving the stand, I noted that the build quality is very sturdy, and the metal has a great looking finish that feels nice to the touch. I am very satisfied with the purchase and would buy again if I need another.

The driver was a little difficult. Called to say he drove by and left to deliver something else. Then when he came back, he would not come into the parking lot. He took the stuff out, wheeled it to the entrance of the parking lot and left it there.

I was at first a little overwhelmed by the options on their site but was able, as a result, to find exactly what we needed. I ordered (Custom exhibit booth) on a Monday and without paying for any special shipping it showed up only a few days later. The best part was that our signage piece was already full assembled, well packaged (nothing got broken in transit) and there were easy instructions for hanging. It looks beautiful and is exactly what we were hoping for. After a few back experiences with customer service at other places I was almost in shock how easy it was to order and receive exactly what I needed.

I am not happy with the product I received. It came in two boxes on separate days. There were no markings on the boxes indicating a second box. There was not paperwork with the purchase, no instructions, no template. When I emailed the company to find out about a template they said it does not exist.

We are trying to make them work. But it has been very time consuming and difficult.

I ordered (Custom exhibit booth) TRUSSLCDPULG, a portable displaythat incorporates 2 large LCD TVs. It came right away. This will be used for a number of shows that my company plans to do this year and into the future.
I test-assembled the components within the week and found all parts were included and it is surprisingly strong. The black paint on the trusses was all intact and looking good.
Since the trusses and other components are mainly steel the rolling self storage container/counter is rather heavy, so plan accordingly.
This was a very good value for a display that will a good help to us in our marketing efforts. We will be embellishing with posters, signs and banners and that should be very effective.

We are now awaiting your third try to ship without damage. Needed a popup bar for a theater show, able to be easily put up, taken down, and transported each night. Found exactly what we needed on the website, and called to ask about shipping times. Update: While it took some phone calls and checking of credit card statement, the issue was resolved quickly and relatively painlessly by the company. I even received a follow-up email to make sure that everything was ok, and in the meantime I was also able to verify that the shipping credit appeared on my credit card. So the company corrected its mistake quickly and professionally, and I really appreciate that.

The ordering process was simple and easy. I received an email question regarding delivery options (whether we have a loading dock and such), but by the time I was able to respond a couple of days later, the company already decided to ship by fedex. In the meantime, my company p-card was charged an extra $724.96 for next-day-air shipping, which I clearly did not order nor get, without any authorization from me -- I still don't understand how this was possible.

With a phone call to DisplayMart we were able to clear it up fairly quickly, but it was a nuisance to have to deal with it. I am waiting to see my next credit card statement to make sure that the credit was applied properly.

I like the signs ALOT, But... when recieving 90 of these the single box packaging on this is way to much overkill. Name plates should be packaged in one big box and bubble wrapped and envolpes with film in another box. The way it is now is way to time consuming to unpackage these.

Needed monitor stands that would hold the monitor in both landscape and portrait positions and I needed them in a hurry. When they arrived they were a lot bigger and a lot heavier then I ever imagined. I was able to send them back and the staff helped me select the correct ones that best suited my needs. It sounds like an easy selection but there are many hidden aspects that you have to be aware of. Well, my second selection of stands arrived on time and was shipped with the rest of the booth in our new telescoping cases that we got at the same time.
