My experience was pretty great overall! The order was quick and easy, the item purchased was inexpensive, the item was shipped and delivered in a timely manner, and everything was smooth. The item was received in good condition and appears very durable. It is a nice product that we purchased as a sample before ordering in bulk, and we will definitely be getting more now that we know the product is great! The only thing I did not like about my experience was the lack of an email letting me know the item was delivered. We run a large facility and do not have an automated receiving system. I was out of town for a conference and would have notified another employee to retrieve it if I knew it had been delivered, but was unaware until I returned a week after delivery. I know a lot of businesses as large as ours have better internal receiving, but it would still be a nice customer service element for the rest of us! But like I said, everything was great otherwise! :)

Shipping/billing never matches my order confirmation total amount. When I place an order, I receive an order confirmation detailing the cost of the item(s) I've purchased. The problem is that parts of the order ship out and are billed separately. Every month when I look at my credit card bill, I see multiple charges, all with different amounts that never showed up on my order confirmation. Because many of the things I order take a month or so to produce and ship, it gets confusing when different items from different orders are shipping out at different times. At the end of every month, I have to call the billing department and have them tell me what the items were for each charge I see on my credit card bill. It is extremely annoying. The only reason we continue to order from DisplayMart is because we enjoy the pricing and quality of the items we receive.

We just bought a HEAVY 70" Touch Plasma TV. It's a sizable investment so we opted not to be frugal on the stand. So we bought a unit from DisplayMart. This unit was rated at 300lbs, and it holds the TV solidly with absolutely no concern.

PROS: Solid, well built construction, I don't panic when children walk by it.

CONS: Expensive -- $650 for ours. Would like an even more minimalist design like for the casters to be hidden.

Bought a LED display and banner stand. Shipping was delayed a day and I paid for overnight shipping. When it was delivered to me, the LED booth was missing 4 cables to connect the LED lights together.

Now waiting on these cables to be overnighted or if not, I'll have to go find them myself.

This case completely suits my needs. I use it in my home but it is clearly suitable for any retail type business. The case arrived through common carrier within 5 days of ordering it. The shipping price was the only drawback, way over priced but the case was exactly what I wanted. When the case arrived the top lights did not work. After calling customer support I was able to get the lights to work. Evidently the harnesses for the lights are left unplugged for shipping. Overall I love the display case for displaying my high end collectible diecast models

Received leg brackets to hold up a display stand and it appears they were packaged while the paint was still wet. They had a very strong smell to them and there were imprints of the bubble wrap all over the product. Also ordered (Quality trade show display products) pegs for the display stand that are supposed to have a round disk at the end, but several of them were not cut right and were crescent shaped instead. The company was very easy to work with and even credited me back part of my bill for the wet let brackets. Just need to work on quality control on their products.

We purchased two of the trash receptacles for 36 gallon bin size. We also purchased two of the 36 gallon bins. The outer receptacles were excellent but you need to change to a different inner receptacle. As it says in other reviews this receptacle is too small and allows trash to fall outside the inner receptacle. We ordered (Quality trade show display products) two different bins from a competitor and they are perfect. They were also less money. Fortunately we found another use for the smaller bins ordered (Quality trade show display products) from Displays 2 Go.

Within a couple days they shipped me out a brand new sign and didn't even require that I send the broken one back. As an exhibitor, I needed a locked box for entry forms. The local office supply stores had a very small version that was clear which did not work for the purpose needed. The product is high quality, looks nice and functions well.

It arrived encased in Styrofoam, which was damaged though the cardboard box in transit. The hundreds of tiny stray beads and dust from the broken Styrofoam stayed maddeningly stuck to the inside and outside of the box with static electricity.
The harder I tried to remove the stray Styrofoam the more it clung to the box. Now the box looks dirty and smudged. Never could get it clean.

Price was good but I received a desk that someone obviously had and tried to put together. There was a big crack they tried to cover with permanent marker. There was white stuff wiped all over the black desk. Also the labels were off and all parts were put in a Ziploc bag. Never again will I order from this place again.

However, the threaded bolt was damaged in manufacturing so I had to file it down to get it to work. Took an extra 20 minutes, getting the right tools and filing it down.
We have been using the table almost everyday and it is very sturdy and well designed.

The package was delivered incredibly fast! Love the sturdy, quality product received. Only complaint was in securing the TV monitor, the screws supplied were WAY too long for the hole on the TV. A couple trips to the hardware store later, I ended up with using the long screws supplied in the package and using 4 'nuts' on each screw to get a tight fit. I understand it is difficult to supply different screws, not knowing the TV supplier, however, these screws have very fine threads which do not match/thread w/screws from hardware store. Argh; so close, yet so far!? Figured it out and got it installed using the nuts as a patch.
This is a GREAT stand to use in dorm room attached to closet shelf. I did not need to use the upper attachment as it placed it too high, but didn't need to use it, which was nice to have the flexibility. Also nice to be able to easily move the TV from place to place as needed.
