We had one item arrive damaged badly (packaged well, but was obvious that it had been damaged in transport) and they replaced that item quickly with some photos and request. The open sign I received was not the one displayed on the website. Customer service was amazing and the problem was solved with professionalism and quickly given the circumstances. I called Customer Service on Thursday before Easter week-end 2016 and was assured that I would here back by the following Tuesday. To address this problem the Customer Service Rep had to track this problem back to the warehouse. I had my response with a solution by Monday! Problem solved...job well done!

Great product, great prices. The delivery fees are quite high...... BUT I do not think that DisplayMart can do much about that since they are charging what the delivery service charges............. it adds significantly to the cost of these cardboard displays, even if your listed prices are good.

I had complained in a previous comment that I was unhappy as my sign broke because the tape that came with it did not stick well enough. Before i had a chance to call them to get it worked out they contacted me and asked whether I wanted a new sign or a refund. I said I wanted a sign and it came shortly thereafter. We ordered (Promotional outdoor kiosk) a black easel to display a framed piece of art. The wood was splintered at the sliding component. I needed it immediately and used it anyway. It's an inexpensive easel and for the price it works well enough for what I needed. The splintered wood was not shown because the art rested on that piece.

The wire, spinning literature display rack we purchased arrived without all of the hardware. The first customer service representative insisted that the missing hardware pieces would have shipped with another one of our orders. She refused to ship replacement pieces until the other order had arrived. The second customer service representative I spoke with later in the day was very helpful and said that hardware would not have been separated into another box and sent us the missing pieces. However, the instruction sheet I received apparently differs from the one customer service looks at (mine indicates 2 poles, but theirs only includes one). So I am still missing half of a pole for the item. We had to find one on our own in order to make the item work. The rack works fine now, but we do not plan on using this company again.

I had heard from a friend who ordered (Promotional outdoor kiosk) the same auction stands from DisplayMart last year and have been disappointed by the fact that half of their order arrived damaged. This wasn't the case in my encounter which suggests the company has evaluated their consumer feedback and listened.

Quick delivery and reasonable price, but mount arrived mis-assembled and even when bearing plate that allows mount to swivel was turned right-side up it doesn't swivel smoothly. United needed to have a true thrust bearing installed rather than a large washer with holes drilled and ball bearings inserted in them that they don't rotate, just slide on the surface below (and stick). Also plastic cover had a partial crack in it.

I have been a customer for Displys2go for many years. Great products, nice selection, and almost always in-stock. I just wish shipping rates reflected actual shipping costs. Recently I paid over $30 in shipping costs for something that does not weigh much and is small in size. Not sure how shipping is calculated, but i know I could ship same product for less than half by Priority Mail. UPDATE! Thanks DisplayMart for adjusting my shipping to actual rate and explaining why it occured. Great service, 5 stars!

We purchased two honey wheat wood easels to use at our wedding. The quality and color was great. Very sturdy. The only issue we ran across was there was no small hole for the chain to be attached. Luckily my husband had his drill with him and was able to attach the chain at the last moment.

We at the Wilmington Memorial Library have been very pleased with the products we've received from Displays 2 Go. The customer service department is wonderful!!!! However, I do have one complaint. We are tax exempt with a card on file. However, we can't order online because the tax is invoiced. If this could be corrected, I would rate this company, EXCELLENT!!!!
