Of the few shipments I've requested, they've all been timely and accurate. The product I requested was packaged securely and the appearance is excellent. I would recommend, however, that DisplayMart start using paper rather than plastic.

We love our new tv cart, though the instructions are horrendous. The pictures are too small to make out part numbers without a magnifying glass. Then the parts are all labeled wrong. We have about 25 leftover pieces... Install instruction number 5 is completely wrong. It shows mounting the TV bracket the the back of the pole and then has an inset picture showing the correct mounting to the front. There are no instructions on how to actually mount the TV when done. The main pole itself has a hard plastic cover on the bottom that has misaligned holes. I had to remove it to put the thing together. All said and done, it is very sturdy stand and looks nice. It holds our 55" flatscreen with no problem. It's relatively easy to maneuver over steps. But, someone needs to revise the directions and parts list. Shipping was quick and the packaging was adaquete

This was indeed a messy purchase. The hand sanitizer arrived without operating instructions and the installation instruction dimensions for install was not accurate. After the hassle of figuring out t=how to operate this automatic dispenser and install it with the correct measurements, the sanitizer refill that was on the internet for this dispenser was the worng one and DisplayMart does not carry the correct one. I had to then purchase it from another company. Very disappointing experience so such a simple item purchase. Consequently, 2 weeks later, I still don't have my dispenser installed during the busiest flu season at our practice.

The customer service people I was talking to during my choosing and buying of cases was amazing. We didn't have any trouble until the delivery where the driver was rude. He was going to just leave them at the front of our museum by the front stairs, even though in the delivery notes I explained that our loading dock is around the side (not 15 feet away, and obvious.) He brought them over to our loading elevator and just left the cases outside. As we are a small volunteer run museum, I ended up loosing the rest of the day to trying to figure out how to get them inside. I had gotten the shipping that would deliver them just inside the door for this reason as I could arrange volunteers to help me move them later, but I didn't want our nice new cases just sitting outside!

This display stand is the best. I have large board that is display my prizes on. This stand hold the board in place perfectly. I even used it outside in the breeze. I did stabilize the display stand with a large block with a hook with a string threaded around the top bar. Held everything in place and with the adjustable knobs at top and bottom by dispay poster did not blow off.

The product was exactly as expected and delivery was on time. My problem is with the instruction sheet. There is NO WAY to make out what is in the pictures. I am a crafter and my husband is a mechanic. Between the two of us, we were able to figure out how it went together. Such a small thing to fix. I read the same complaint on a previous review. I would think it would have been fixed. Other that this small, but extremely important issue, I would have given 5 stars.

I purchased (4) 24 X 24 frames. They were shipped in their original box, with no padding besides a very thin layer of bubble wrap. I'm sure Fedex threw them around a few times before they got to my front door. The glass in 3 of the 4 frames was completely shattered. Very poor job of packaging. Customer service quickly re-ordered (Advertising demo tent) some for me, but now I have that much longer to wait. If they just had used an extra, larger box with more bubble wrap in THAT box, this probably wouldn't have happened. Glad they replaced them so quickly but they were crazy to think they'd get here without breaking.

I ordered (Advertising demo tent) a tv stand from DisplayMart, box arrived damaged and half open, I'm sure from shippers handling. I inspected the stand and there was no damage so I began to assemble it. Once assembled I realized I was missing the hardware to attach the brackets to the television, once again most likely due to shippers handling of the box not DisplayMart. I called and spoke to a woman at their customer support and she was more then happy to help. Within one day I had a complete set of installation hardware at my door. Fast shipping great customer service and support. DisplayMart.com is aces in my book. Would highly recommend these guys.
