The product received was not what I needed. I ordered (Advertisement Tent) a free standing menu display. Your website lead me to believe that the display case can be either portrait or horizontal. As I placed the order, not once was I given a distinct option to choose portrait or horizontal, which lead me to assume the display portion can be set up either way.

I called Display2 go and spoke to one of your representatives. I wanted to exchange the item for a horizontal display without having to pay for the return and additional shipping fee since it was not my fault. She insists that I'll have to pay for the shipping fees. I told her that I was also planning to buy another display for my 11x14 dinner menu and asked if she'd consider waiving the return shipping fee but she wouldn't.
So I shipped out the product via ups which cost me $45!!! - A lesson learned for ordering online with a company that doesn't care about customers. Cheers!

DisplayMart has some great items, unfortunately most of them are out of stock. The one item I did order was received in a timely fashion and in great condition. My advise would be to take down items that you do not have in stock as those are NUMEROUS.

I ordered (Advertisement Tent) the STNSP7924 - 24 x 36 Poster Stand with 2 Clear Acrylic Pockets for Newspapers - and is was a huge disappointment. In order to get the poster inside the frame the display had to be completely disassembled and it took three people to get it together. The clear Acrylic was just rolled up plastic that buckled and made the poster look terrible. I had to buy some hard acrylic sheets to make the display look decent. The instructions were minimal as you would expect from a product coming from China. I would not buy this product again.

I had trouble finding a wall mount that would match my television. Not only did 'DisplayMart' educate me on finding the correct mounting pattern but they delivered the rack I ordered (Advertisement Tent) when they said. At first all the pieces were a bit overwhelming, but the instructions were clear (plain language (English)) and within a couple hours and very little help from my wife (to lift the TV onto the mount) we were watching TV from a very different and better perspective. 100% satisfied

My first order I ordered (Advertisement Tent) during bad winter weather, but still received in ample time even though I Was on a Time Crunch and Prayer. I need total of 3 LED light boxes, 2 arrived on time but with broken clear acrylic on both LED light boxes, they did mail me 2 replacement, but with much thinner acrylic, I was not happy about that.
The other one was back order for more that 2 month, I kept check their website and ask them to let me know when this product become available,
but nobody notes me until I check the website and found out myself it is available to order. I finally deliver the 3 light boxes with the 3 graphic trans in the box to the customer. free up my small studio which was occupy by those 2 big light boxes, that was ready 2 month ago!!

We bought three card display racks--cardboard--on sale. We were required to buy three, and when they arrived the directions were illegible. We called the company and they emailed us the directions, which were still extremely difficult to figure out. After an entire afternoon of struggle, reinforcing the rack with tape, we finally had one somewhat constructed. We haven't even attempted to put together the other ones.

Hello. I read your artwork requirements and they were out dated. For instance you say you put a white box around the logo but you actually do not do that anymore. I am a graphic designer and I had to change my design based off your requirements. I also don't think it's fair to charge for artwork resubmission after 2 tries.

Displays are nice. Some of the furniture is cheaply made. Things arrived broken and chipped. They did offer a partial refund on the damaged parts which was nice. Items were shipped to the wrong location. My boss had originally contacted them and listed his own address but for months I was dealing with DTG and ordering parts. When they sent me a questionnaire about my upcoming conference, I filled in all the information including my shipping address, so I assumed it was all set. I then find out that they used something my boss had initially filled out a few months prior and sent it to his home. It cost my company a few hundred more dollars to have the boxes shipped to the office. I would have thought they would have confirmed shipping after months on dialogue. But I take the blame for that as well.

The order process and online information was very nice and easy process. However the boxes that came were very damaged and one of the bag of small parts was even open and missing pieces. Luckily, I found enough in the lawn to finish the last one. The instructions were not for the model sent and were not very good at all. some parts were not shown what their use was for or what to do with it. I finally asked a friend over and he helped me put the first one together so I know how know. They look great!
