DisplayMart has a great selection, and I found the acrylic stand-off frame in a style that I wanted. The price was competitive, too. Ordering was straightforward, and I appreciated the feedback from them from the time I placed my Order until I actually received it. Shipping costs were reasonable, and they did not use some 4th rate method that took 4 weeks to arrive. I got my frame very quickly. Yes, I would recommend this company and would buy from them again, if the need arises. Shipping was even very fast. The company gets a 5 star, the sign gets a 4 1/2 star. I love the sign except I wish they would make cross bars on the bottoms of the legs. That way you could put sand bags for higher winds. It doesn't take much for the wind to blow it. It doesn't fall, it scoots. I have made my own cross bars for sand bags.I took poster board,which fits very nicely, then sprayed it with clear acrylic after I was done with it, so just in case if it got wet, the poster board would hold up better. So far with freezing rain and snow, the poster hasn't gotten wet to try out the acrylic, yay!

The stand is sturdy and easy to assemble. I mounted my 55 curved Samsung and curved sound bar on it and was able to conceal on the cords compleatly. The shelf it adjustable and placed my cable box flush under the sound bar.

I selected Qty=4 11x14 glass picture frames. These frames have a paper inset that also says "11x14".

Actually, the glass frames are 11 x 13-3/4.

What gives?

Also 1 of the glass pieces has a small nick on on of the edges.

I am 99% sure I will never order from this company again.

It all worked, the only downside was there wasn't a lot of instruction on what works for "writing" on the wheel. It would be helpful if there was some instruction sent with the wheel, so everyone is aware of what to use and what not to use. I have a lot of volunteers who will be using the wheel and I will have limited control over what happens from event to event.

When they arrived they were all packaged perfectly, however one of the frames had a indent in it that I knew would not look good. - I called the 1800 # and they took care of me right away and sent a new one out, along with the additional ones I had ordered (Concave Pop Up Display System). - There was no need to send the bad one back which I was happy to do or even send a photo.

They sent me a display with all of the hardware (nuts, bolts, etc.) open in the bottom of the box. I was missing several screws, washers, etc. so I called them about it. They said they couldn't send me just the hardware, but rather had to send me the entire package that the hardware came in, which contained three display shelves (which are totally useless without the rest of the parts that came in the other box). I agreed, even though I knew that meant the shelves would soon be in a landfill. The replacement parts showed up a week later and AGAIN the hardware was loose in the bottom of the box, only this time they packed the box inside another even larger and more wasteful box, but at least all the screws are there.

When I called Michelle answered the phone, from the beginning she said she wanted to "help" but her fake attitude proved otherwise. I misspoke and she took this as the time to cut me off mid-sentence and tell me that I was lying because I said I didn't have an invoice number.

I called because I needed a return and all I had was the packing slip. She said they never use the packing slip and without more she couldn't help me, there is a way to say this to your customers and a way to not. She chose the incorrect way to handle this. When I asked to speak to someone else, mind you I didn't ask for a manager just another employee, she quickly put me on hold. After waiting a few minutes I hung up and called back hoping someone else would answer. When I did, Michelle answered again and had a snarky laugh when asking if I was the same customer as before. She then transferred me and the other woman was nice. But Michelle needs to figure out what's happening in her own life before doing customer service again. Cause she needs to handle that attitude.

The product is exactly what I was looking for -- but the details were not included that it would need to be built from scratch. One misleading thing I found that led me to 4 stars is the instruction sheet said all that I'd need is a screw driver. Once I began ... yeah right. I needed drill and everything because the desk is being built from scratch, doesn't come with any predetermined area to place the screws. Aside from that little rant, I have it up. Past that little hump, I am extremely satisfied with my desk and would definitely do business with DisplayMart again.

I previously came across the DisplayMart web site to order a tripod stand for my IPad Air 2 and for the most part it was out of stock.
