Not what I thought I was ordering. No wheels. But that is my fault. Picked the wrong one. I have been getting sidewalks signs from DisplayMart for a number of years. The quality of this one I got is not good. The plastic sign and the groves the letters go in, are not the same quality. The letters slide around in the groves. Never had that problem before. The letters are a thinner plastic. It's out there, but I don't know for how long.

This was purchased for our co-op to advertise upcoming events, meetings, etc. It is very sturdy and was easy to put together. Directions for assembling were easy to read and understand. It has plastic inserts to keep our postings dry and weatherproof. The only thing I would add that was a little difficult at first was there were no instructions on how to put in your inserts. The sides all lift up, but that took a while to figure out. Other than that it is a great product for a terrific price.

The order process was easy, the company called me to verify logistics as I had a big order and would need a tractor trailer to deliver. The order went out quickly and the driver was so accomodating. The boxes were packed so well and the literature holders are very attractive. The instructions were easy to follow and a breeze to install. Thank you for everything!

We ordered (Kiosks, custom flags, commercial canopies) (6) cherry wood easels on 2/12/15. When we received the order, we got (4) cherry wood & (2) honey wheat. I called and was told they were going to replace the honey wheat easels with cherry wood. We have not received that order yet. Further more, we are missing parts for some of these easels.

(2) chains, (6) hooks (to connect the chains) some had hooks, some didn't, (3) dowel nuts, (5) hex-head bolts, (1) top support cleat (back leg that holds up easel) cherry wood - this was broken, (1) top support cleat (back leg that holds up easel) honey wheat - this was broken.

Customer service was pretty good, but the quality was horrible.

I liked the product and am happy to buy it but the website was full of welcomed surprises. I only need 12 frames but was prompted to add 6 more to not get a broken case $10 penalty. I added 6 and the number that went into my cart was 30 not 20. I changed the number to 18 and hit update and then it said to add 8 more to avoid $10 fee. at the point I changed it back to 12, updated and took the $10 penalty. Unhappy about the fee, I went to check out. I chose to set up an account and could not complete the check out because every time I hit submit the site asked for my password again. I had a live chat that was not helpful except to tell me to call customer service where as I was speaking to a very nice young lady I put my password in one more time and it finally worked. I'm really annoyed by the broken box fee. What size box is either 18 or 30 and not 12 or 24?

While DisplayMart is convenient and a pretty simple to use website, their stock for certain items that we've tried ordering for the last 3 years is always out completely. This year, worse than ever - they only carried 4 items when we wanted to order 15. Last year when we received shipment, they used a company called "Loomis" which completely lost our package for days, missing our deadline after we paid extra for express shipment. It turned out, they had it in their storage facility and lost track of it. Between stock and missing shipments, we haven't had the greatest order experience. However, the product is great. I hope next year, we'll find they have these items in stock.

Delivery was smooth. It was 2 boxes delivered with a palette. Wish he coulda took this huge palette back with him!! The box was slightly beat up even tho it read "handle with care" all over the box. Some of the paint was scratched off on the reception desk. I covered it up nicely tho. Easy setup. Setup took 45min or so. Overall I would order again and recommend a friend.

The mannequin arrived with poor packaging, especially because shipping was expensive, just shy of $16.

Box was almost fully opened and most of the pieces were out of their plastic enclosures. The hands were rolling about the box freely and consequently, had black markings on them. The hands also didn't match the white plastic on rest of the mannequin.

The big and heavy glass base was almost completely out of its plastic bag and could easily have escaped the box along with the hands.

Though packaging and expensive shipping was a disappointment, the mannequin is an asset to my business and will satisfy my needs. I would purchase again. Hopefully, this review will not only help future consumers of DisplayMart, but will help improve packaging.

Boxes should be opened for all future shipments to ensure there is no mold. The ballot box received had mold on the outside. Because it was NEEDED it immediately, I kept it and used furniture polish to remove the mold.

I ordered (Kiosks, custom flags, commercial canopies) 70 acrylic frames (two acrylic squares + 4 standoffs each). The amount of waste in wrapping & packaging is crazy! There was the main box of which inside was another box. The acrylics had plastic film on both sides (that I understand, for protection.) Then there was a little box for the metal standoffs; inside of which was each individually wrapped with tissue paper; plus a little bag of screws and drywall anchors. Lastly, there was a nice envelope which contained the template paper & frosted film plus a sheet of instructions on how to use the templates. Unfortunately the envelope had an annoying sticker that stated what was inside so the envelope could not easily be re-used without having to tear or cover the sticker.

All that to say; great product and I know there is a cost saving to individually packing for small to large orders; but some better thoughtfulness could be done for our pretty lady Mother Nature.
