All of the pieces did not come with the lectern. Also, the item was nicked and scratched when it arrived and it was wobbly and shaky, giving the effect that it would not be sturdy enough to hold any items.

Our genealogy club desperately needed a lectern for years. The only storage space our group has is a narrow and not particularly deep cupboard. The room is shared by other clubs. When I saw the ad for a collapsible lectern, I measured the storage area. It would fit fine. We ordered (Advertising Hoarding Tent) it, and everyone was pleased at our meeting this week. It is now folded fitting easily in the cupboard until the next monthly meeting.

We ordered (Advertising Hoarding Tent) some small, inexpensive easels comparable to another set we received from another vendor a couple of years ago. Bad move. None of the easels stay upright. Beyond flimsy, even with a lightweight item on it. Easier to eat the cost of these and order elsewhere.

Instructions make no sense. The hand sanitizer was added to the sign holder so their are no instructions to attach the hand sanitizer. It should be a very easy thing but its not. Shipping was fast which is why i gave it a star. Also no sNitizer included. Adv stated there would be.

The displays you make service a great need for many business, however, I fine the maker of your product and the material used in its production has a lot to be desired. The workmanship is of very poor quality, they look good on paper (engineering) but trying too assemble them you find how fragile and inferior they are made. The package arrived much quicker than I anticipated. The TV stand looks beautiful and is of high quality materials. There was one small plastic cap that was broken upon arrival. I called customer service and was treated very well and by a human. It was no problem having a replacement piece mailed to me. The one small piece of feedback that I would give is that the instructions could have been clearer. The pictures in the diagrams were not real clear. But is wasn't anything that we couldn't work through. I highly recommend DisplayMart.

I rate this product a 5. The sign is fair priced and will work for my needs. The top frame is plastic, but they have replacement parts at a reasonable price. If you order in quantity you won't find a better sign for the price.

This product was everything I hoped for. I needed a rear mounting bracket that would fit within a 10 1/2" high space, and would extend out at least 26", and it did. Very well build, sturdy, holds my LCD 46" weighing about 54 pounds with no deflection. Easy to mount, clear instructions with all the screws and hardware easily identifiable.

The product was as expected in color however the lettering was small.

My concern is with the level of customer service. It is bad! I spent almost an hour on the phone trying to get questions answered to my satisfaction. I was not allowed to get Beyond a student trainee that was clearly not ready to be online. Following bad I had to answer questions three times online to an art division concerning what I wanted printed. I miss the window for ordering with free shipping because of the initial delays with the training and did not get any consideration because of that delay.

I like to oder from DisplayMart because of their price. Once again, they sent me used goods. This is the second time in the last two orders that I was sent racks advertised as new, and when I got them they were used.
I will say that the first time I sent in complaint with photos showing the damage when I go it, and they gave me a discount. This time; again, I have been sent goods that have obviously already been returned once.

The display stand I purchased for media sales was priced right, and looked nice in the pictures. The shipment was handled well and delivery was prompt. The photograph instructions from the Chinese manufactor were vague and incomprehensible. I just could not figure out how the four simple cut out cardboard pieces were to be folded and fitted together. Even the DisplayMart warehouse folks who put one together and took photos were not sympathetic to beginner. Eventually I pushed and shoved and tore two parts of the cardboard in half accidentally before shouting "Ureka"! *Simple directions that anyone could comprehend should carry a stronger value when evaluating a product's suitability and marketability. I got great customer service in response to this review, they ended up refunding all the charges and letting us keep the replacement shipment which did arrive 3 days late. I may consider ordering from them again if we can order early enough to have it shipped directly to me instead of directly to the showroom.

Item didn't ship to correct address. Paid for expedited shipping on a free replacement, it did not arrive and there is no record of shipment. We didn't get what we ordered (Advertising Hoarding Tent) for our tradeshow despite early ordering. The people on the phone were great - polite, friendly, seemed genuinely interested in helping. That is why I gave them two stars instead of 1. I will not consider them for future purchases, even if they are the cheapest. The experience showed how unreliable their services are.

Construction and fit of folding wooden display was acceptable. Quality of, and installation of hinges, was poor. Hinges not aligned properly causing screws to pull out in shipping. A little extra effort and a little heavier hinge would go a long way in correcting problem.
