Recently was the second time we've tried to order a 30 inch white table runner for the same customer and DisplayMart was out of stock with no idea when they would have some. They have no notification system, so we had to check daily to see if it was in stock. This is such a common item that I couldn't believe it happened for the 2nd time. Customer service is kind of weak with no followup.

My display was shipped bent. It doesn't look like it happened in the shipping, it looks like it was bent and then packaged and shipped. The top three rows are bent so that items can not be placed on those shelves.

While the quality of work is good, the fact that you cannot actually speak with someone in the art department is a problem. One of my files I accidentally uploaded an earlier version, so I emailed the art department immediately explaining. We went back and forth for 2 weeks with them still sending proofs of the original uploaded work until there was no time left to produce the banner. So I had to get one banner made somewhere else.

Three stars is an average rating for the glass display case I purchased. If these folks are serious about improving their products they had better start with improving the instructions they include. I have NEVER seen WORSE instructions for such a significant piece of furniture, ever!!! You had better be intelligent and have at least a high school education otherwise you may never get this together correctly. Once assembled, however, it is a really nice product and I am very pleased with it. If it had included well labelled, detailed written instructions with useful illustrations I would have given this five stars. A useful instructional video would have been even better. The one they provided was a laugh, and I don't mean that in a funny way.

We bought this for the entry of our library and it really is nice. However, the directions were horrible.
If you buy this, make sure you loosen the metal tabs that insert into the stand a lot. Otherwise the display won't get into the track. The smaller Allen wrench is used inside the display to tighten the metal tabs. They don't show any of this in the instructions.
Also, put the metal tray on right after. It was also much easier to mount the display and the tray BEFORE putting on the base even though the instructions showed you putting on the base first. Almost impossible to then mount the display board.
Other than this, it looks great and fits a lot of posters. It makes our entryway look grand.

I was looking for a frame for an 8" x 11" magazine. Frames abound for 8.5" x 11" OR 8" x 10" items however 8" x 11" frames are near impossible to find. DisplayMart was able to supply me with a matted frame to these dimensions but I had to purchase a minimum of 6 and shipping cost more than half the cost of the items. In the end, I was able to get the frame I needed but considering I only needed one, $120 was a bit steep.

Also, when they arrived, the label actually says the dimensions are 8.5" x 11". Happily the label is WRONG and the dimensions are more like 8" x 10.75"

It is Christmas week ....maybe they have the week off...although website did not state that. I'm hoping the product is worth the wait.

We've been having a heck of a time finding markers that show up on our black "whiteboard" painted wall. These work perfectly and don't require that you go over your lines multiple times.

Shipping was surprisingly fast for a smaller website (ie. not Amazon or Target) and packaging was great.

I'm not sure what else I can say that my title doesn't. Website was super easy to navigate. Placing my order was super easy. They had exactly what I wanted. It shipped and arrived in a timely manner. The only disappointing thing is that it listed the price to buy 1-10 as a certain amount let's say $10.99. But when you went to check out if you wanted less than 10 you had to pay $10 for a "broken case" fee. That's fine but it would have been nice to have known that sometime before checkout. Maybe you should actually list the price as 1-10 as $20,99 instead since that is really more accurate.

FedX dropped something on the DisplayMart box that penetrated the outer and inner boxes. It also dented the masonite which I was astonished to find inside the inner box. The masonite SAVED the menu box from damage. I was absolutely amazed. Since I had an installer scheduled, the absence of a delay due to returning and replacement was GREAT. What a company.

I recently ordered (Roll Up Display Stand) the 20" Portable Podium with Knockdown Design, 46.75" tall - Black. I received the product quickly and it seems to be in working order. I was satisfied with the product, but the carrying bag leaves much to be desired. It is one open pocket for all of the pieces. Using the bag in this manner I'm sure would result on all kinds of scrapes and damage to the podium parts and quickly render the podium unusable due to its appearance.

I created a card-board insert into the supplied bag which holds the pieces separately and protects them from each other. I would be happy to supply pictures of my creation which is basically the size of a 28" TV box inserted into the supplied bag and then some other cardboard taped to the inside and outside to create all 4 compartments. If a solution to the carrying case were resolved, I'd give it 5 stars. As it is, with the likelihood of the pieces being easily marred in storage and transport, I had to go with 3 stars.

The description stated the charging cart was for "laptops and tablets". However when it arrived we found our laptops were too tall and would not fit in the shelves. Disappointing, however we laid them flat and the unit will still work for us. Buyers, check the dimensions of your equipment before purchase!
