I ordered (Pop-up and commercial kiosks) this item, "TV Stand with Adjustable Shelf, Fits 37"-70" Monitors, Locking Wheels – Black", SKU: LM1021BC3. The purchasing and dealing with displaystogo.com was fine.

The product was not, however. The long poles that were part of the stand had a poorly welded part that made it impossible to put together. To their credit displaystogo send me a new set of poles right away after I sent them a picture of the bad one. Good customer service.

The new poles were still not welded correctly, but they were good enough to barely get this thing together, so I left it at that.

I would recommend displaystogo, but not that particular product.

Buying things off the internet is difficult since you cant access everything until you get it at home sometimes. If it doesn't meet your needs you should be able to get a full refund. I will not buy a product off the web that can't be fully refunded. I would rather go to a actual store.

Each frame was individually bubble wrapped, and they were also bubble wrapped as bundles. My organization was very pleased with the high quality of the items, especially for the very affordable cost. Their customer service was also very good as they promptly and personally responded to my order and to my report that one of the items had a manufacturers defect. The corner of my display piece was broken off upon arrival. It had the hole to fasten to the wall on the broken piece so I super glued it together and hung it anyway. Seemed like too much hassle to return the item. Had the item not been damaged, it would have been great. The repair is visible, but does not appear to effect the structural integrity.

I changed this to 5 stars after I was immediately contacted by DisplayMart and they sent a replacement product. Today this type of immediate customer service is unheard of. This company went above and beyond to remedy my concerns quickly. Felt it necessary to reward the quick response with 5 stars.

The TV Wall Mount arrived when expected. All required parts were in the packaging. Screws/fasteners were in a string of clearly marked separate transparent packs. The instructions for installing the mount to the wall and the TV were understandable. My only concern was the measuring formula for attaching the struts to the back of the TV. The instructions refer to a VESA measure which I didn't understand. I don't know why they don't use inches. I called the customer service and the person I spoke with had me measure the distance of my screw holes on the back of the TV, both vertically and horizontally to determine if this particular wall mount would work for me. She stayed on the phone while I did this. As I am filling this out, I apologize for not remembering her name. But great customer service! I installed the mount w/shelf and it works wonderfully.

DisplayMart filled the order fast. The shipping was quick and packed well. Unfortunately, usually when an order is shipped I usually get an email. I didn't receive an email from DisplayMart.

I ordered (Pop-up and commercial kiosks) some acrylic sign holders with clips and with stands. They arrived un-assembled, which is fine. However, when you try to assemble them, it is a virtually impossible task. The ball and socket joints are so poorly made that they don't fit into one another. You basically break the plastic before you can fit the ball into the socket. It's a fraction of a millimeter off, and that is just enough to cause a significant amount of grief. The joint is so poorly made that if you move it a few times, the plastic in the joint starts to crack. I wish these were sold pre-assembled, so they can pair the properly matched parts together. I'm severely disappointed in this product.

It's a great tv mount. They included lots of bolts that weren't necessary. In order to bolt my tv to the mount, I had to use multiple washers that weren't supplied as the bolt options included were too long and too short. I also used my own lag bolts to attach to the wall which have a Phillips head - easier to fasten to the wood studs with a cordless screw driver. I worried too much about mounting it level, the unit when installed is easy to adjust. I'm very happy with the results.

We received one wire display rack that had a defective shelf, and DisplayMart replaced the entire rack for free! We received the racks within 2 days of ordering. Another time I ordered (Pop-up and commercial kiosks) acrylic literature racks and the FedEx delivery person couldn't find our address. Upon talking with someone from DisplayMart, they took my detailed information and contacted FedEx for me. Excellent customer service!

Unfortunately I ordered (Pop-up and commercial kiosks) the wrong card display. I wanted a 24 pocket 5x7 rotating tabletop display. Instead I ordered (Pop-up and commercial kiosks) a post card 24 pocket. Be careful that you look closely when ordering. They use abbreviations. Still my fault. I had no intentions originally to return so never looked at the return policy. They have a 20% restocking fee plus I had to pay to send it back of course.
I called and asked if I ordered (Pop-up and commercial kiosks) the right display as an exchange would they waive the restocking fee. The answer was no. I just came back from the post office and it cost me over $25 to mail back. Guess I should have kept it, even though I couldn't use it, because I paid for it in shipping and restocking fees.
The display was very nice. I did not put it together knowing it was the wrong model, but it seemed nice.
Live and learn.

I placed an order back in July 29th.My credit card was charged. I was never contacted about a "back order" issue. On August 8th I contacted the company inquiring about where my order was. I got an email response that it was on "back order" for 12 days. I had to request when that 12 days began. I was told my order would be shipped by Friday Aug 12th. It is now August 17th. No product yet.
No offer of discount, no compensation. My money was certainly processed quickly though. Poor communication! Lets see how the product turns out.
