I ordered (High quality custom outdoor kiosks) the portable billboard backpack for a Halloween costume. It arrived in about 5 days, which gave me plenty of time. I am thrilled with the portability. As a crutch user, the ability to use the backpack is awesome. Even better that when not in use the poles fold down and fit in a compartment on the backpack, and the banner portion can be folded up and put inside the main zippered section.

Overall, the purchased metal "giving" box was a little smaller than imagined (didn't do any measurements beforehand though) ... and the advertised buffer pads, for either the bottom or against the wall, were MISSING. I like the product, it is sturdy and well-made. I will be ordering more. I had two minor issues with my order:
1. One of the signs was missing the plexiglas on one side. I chatted with a rep online and he said they would send a replacement, so that was nice.
2. The screws and anchors included with the signs seem insufficient for the weight of the signs. I'll be using other, sturdier anchors/screws.

Product is great but no assembly diagram for it was included. To assemble the hanging media shelf correctly I had to go on line and find instructions. Not anything terrible but definitely and inconvenience, as in my case, with no portable device available. There were several small parts that had to be put on not only in the right place but also in the right order. With no diagram this was trial and error. Totally avoidable if a simple black & white line drawing, assembly diagram was included.

DisplayMart is like the Amazon of large furniture! If they have it in stock, it will be at your loading dock in just a couple of days. This is UNBELIEVABLE as there are companies shipping things far smaller who still take 2 weeks to get you the merchandise. Plus they have a great selection that is competitively priced. They were also super helpful with questions and were very thorough in making sure that what I had ordered (High quality custom outdoor kiosks) could be delivered. (My assembled glass shelves needed a large loading dock, no stairs, and 4 people to move.) Some of my other supplier never bothered to ask similar questions for equally bulky items. I could not be more pleased with them and would definitely shop here again.

We bought a cheaper priced item because we did not want the heavier wall-mount sign holders. We realized they would be light-weight and thinner but not that they would be unclear and spotty. I almost didnʻt order from DisplayMart based on the many negative reviews on many other review sites. However, most of the negative reviews were from dealing with their customer service. I was hoping my order would not need any calls to their customer service.
My order was delivered by FedEx with any issues. The order was complete, luckily there were no missing or defective parts. The packaging could have been better because one of the pieces was rubbing on another and the black paint was scratched very badly. I didnʻt want to deal with their customer service so the four start rating.

5-29-2015 I received a voicemail and e-mail reply back from DisplayMart Customer Service with an offer for a part replacement. The requested photos of the damage to confirm the scratched parts. As I said before, I did not want to deal with their customer service based on previous reviews but it appears the customer service is much better now.

I choose not to have the part replaced because the part is in back where you wouldnʻt normally see it. This was on a mobile TV stand and it has a 100LB monitor mounted on it. It would be too much work to unmount the monitor, disassemble the stand and ship it back for replacement.

I canʻt comment on parts replacement because I havenʻt experienced that aspect of their customer service.

However, I will recommend DisplayMart to others and will purchase from them in the future.

The brochure floor racks are easy assembly no hardware required and sturdy. The negative was rust on the bottom inside holes where the floor stand fits in and the caps for the tops of the displays were broke and very cheap.
The wall brochure holders come with no hardware.
