This display was horrible to install. First, it didn't come with instructions so I had to have them emailed to me. Second, the wall anchors that came with it were inadequate and it immediately pulled out of the wall. Then, one of the plastic screws that secures one of the two brackets that holds the middle plexiglass shelf in place, broke when the maintenance guy was tightening it so it is stuck in the place it is in, right in the middle of the opening. Finally, one of the tiny screws that holds that same bracket on the left shelf to the frame, fell off when it was bring adjusted to the same level as the middle shelf. Since it was impossible to get back into place the left shelf is now sitting all the way to the bottom. We adjusted the right shelf to mostly match the left shelf so it doesn't look quite so wonky, but it doesn't adjust freely so it's not exactly the same.
I spoke to the church where I had seen this same display and asked them about their installation experience and I was told that it too was terrible. Looking closely at it this weekend, and it is in worse shape than our. They also had problems with the anchor pulling out and now their whole display is bending forward. Ours hasn't so far, but it has only been up for a few days.
I did email the company during the installation and was told they have not had any issues with it in all the time they have sold it. Maybe people didn't complain like I did. The two maintenance people who installed it are quite capable people.
On the positive, it is a very sleek, clean modern look.

I received product that was damaged. I asked via email how to get the items replaced. The reply I received basically stated that my email was not enough and I needed to call. I would suggest a form that a customer can fill out so they do not spend time on hold trying to get customer service. I will not likely purchase from you company again.

Cabinet quality poor
Bought 2 of these cabinets few years ago, and liked them. Bought one more, and after uncrating and unboxing found several surfaces scuffed from packaging material. Really shows with the black laminate. Called Displays to Go CS and they offered to exchange (way too much hassle with the heavy freight, lift gate truck extra charge, and would delay my project schedule etc) so they offered a discounted price credit. Took the offer. Satisfied with settlement, but they need to address the packaging/shipping

We are very happy with this product. The holder holds the ipads at a slight backward slant and although they are not movable, people of very differing heights can use them. The supports are very strong and will be able to stand up to heavy use. The ipads can be locked in and there is enough room to leave the ipad charger cords plugged into the ipads.

The stands came quickly and the company was excellent to work with. I would highly recommend this product and this company.

After finding some sign holders that appeared to be exactly what I needed, I was able to get them at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. Upon their arrival I found that they were not only packed very well but were indeed exactly what I needed. It is worth mentioning that while you can purchase these particular sign holders individually, there is an additional charge for ordering an odd number as it breaks up their pre-packaged 2-pack. This was not a problem for me since I was purchasing an even number, but I could see where this might cause problems for others.

FedEx lost a major piece of the display during delivery, which is of course, not the company's fault. When I called to ask what they could do, they stated they could not overnight the missing piece even though we needed it for a show. They didn't even want to send it 2 day until I repeatedly requested it. Disappointed in the response by customer service.

The order process was quick and painless! A quick delivery was promised, and actually happened. There was a mix up on the delivery location, however, so I spent some time trying to track my tables down. When I emailed to explain I couldn't find them I was referred to an on-line form. I found it to be difficult to complete. An email expressing my frustration resulted in an offer of assistance. By this time, our tables had been located.

I placed an order in the afternoon PST. This company is on EST and when I realized I had mistakenly ordered (Promotional trade show tent) the incorrect size, I quickly called. They were closed for business so I sent a quick email. The next day I received an email. Although the customer service center was closed, their warehouse people were there and completed the order and shipped it out that night. Since the item shipped, they couldn't cancel the order. They require that I pay for return shipping and they take a 20% fee off of returns. A company shouldn't ship if their Customer Service center is closed.

Well, actually my rating should be 4.9 stars. I was really impressed by how well packed the product was. I purchased a TV stand. There were printed Bracket Assembly Instructions for the VESA 200, which were easy enough to follow. But I also bought the tilt head, for which there were NO instructions whatsoever. From what I was able to figure out on my own, that turned out to be a total waste of money and the time to attempt its uses. From what I can tell, it is designed to tilt the TV UP, not down. Since it installs atop a post that stands over 6 feet tall, to tilt it up would face the TV toward the ceiling, not down toward a viewer standing on the floor. I'm not happy with that, but otherwise I'm very impressed by the the rest of the product.

Was disappointed that my table cover artwork came out looking so small on the front panel. Also, REALLY disappointed that stick-on artwork was used rather than actually being painted onto the fabric. Now I am going to have to dry clean it. And I am worried that the stick-on art will not hold up over time. In addition, the table cover is so big that it hangs down onto the ground. NOT GOOD.

Wrong item was delivered. Second item was delivered 4 short and not the item I wanted. When I called in to return exchange. I told them my item was shorted and not what it was supposed to be. It was what I ordered (Promotional trade show tent) but. Or what I wanted. I was told I would have to pay for shipping and restocking fees and I would be credited with the missing items. By the time I have to pay all the fees and shipping I would have paid double for something I was returning. Your return policy is not acceptable to me and I will not reorder from you again.

I'm very pleased with my experience with DisplayMart. Although my item showed up with a scratch on the wooden top, it wasn't a deal-breaker experience for me. The scratch wasn't noticeable enough to return the item, so I simply called DisplayMart, and they negotiated a discount for me that would be credited back to my card.
