I ordered (Promotional Display Canopy) on line, so therefore I had no experience with Customer Service. But, the quality of the merchandise I ordered (Promotional Display Canopy) was very unacceptable. It does not fit together properly and unless papers are on the stand it looks cheap and as if it will fall over. At this time, I will keep them because we have no other option for storing our weekly newspapers.

Received 4 13x13 frames at a great value. We ordered (Promotional Display Canopy) these the Friday morning before Christmas and received them Tuesday, the week of Christmas. Used to frame prints that we gave as gifts. Christmas morning the gifts were given and the recipients were so excited that they had them hanging that afternoon. I wanted to add I was contacted by a customer rep and they immediately replaced the item that was apart. Very pleased with their prompt attention on this matter.

The item was great for helping me with my display. The only issue I had was with the adhesive material. When I placed my poster on it I misaligned it. When I tried to remove it it was stuck on for good and I wound up tearing the paper off the stand. Thankfully, I had a spare with me, but the lower part of the stand was unusable without other adhesive methods. It's basically a one-time use, which in retrospect isn't very good if you want to reuse the stand for other publications.

The raffle drum that we purchased is great quality, with the exception of one small part that is required to put it together that they sent the wrong part. I called and they were very friendly and helpful, but the wrong replacement part was sent. I called again and they weren't nearly as helpful and promised to get back to me but never did. Now I'm stuck with a $500 raffle drum that I can't use until I find the right part for. Super frustrating!

I ordered (Promotional Display Canopy) two 18" x 24" acrylic poster holders. One was cracked at the bottom and the other cracked at the top. Don't know if they were damaged in shipping or at the warehouse. Now I have to re-pack them and hopefully get 2 undamaged ones or get a refund.

The podium is okay but because the top is pressed wood, one of the screws does not tighten and the others are not as tight as should be. It might be best to put nuts and bolts in a way that will not be seen from the top even if you have to charge a few dollars more.

They back ordered (Promotional Display Canopy) my items, 2 weeks late. The event I needed the items for passed weeks before they even shipped it. I understand sometimes they can't change the warehouse inventory but I did expect maybe a phone call. When I called the customer service number asking if they could at least refund the shipping since I technically no longer needed the items since it was so late and the event had already passed, the manager gave me an insulting .20 cents off. I will no longer be working with this company.

We were promised one day shipping, when we had to pay the outrageous fee of $300.00, and they never arrived. We were told they were put on the wrong truck. When I originally asked if someone could look further into it, she told me she would "after lunch". This matter was extremely important to us because we needed them immediately and it didn't seem like an urgent matter to them. We ended up still keeping and not rejecting the packages when they arrived two days after we ordered (Promotional Display Canopy) them, and they refunded our shipping cost. Even though they did this, it was still an extreme inconvenience to us because we had to set these up in the middle of our show, versus having them done before the show opened.

The size of each individual file opening was misleading. It stated that the file itself was 4" wide but didn't mention that if you placed a standard or business sized envelope in sideways that you can not get it back out with your hands. The opening of each file is a little over an inch.
