UPDATE: I wanted to check back in after my more recent interactions. DisplayMart immediately contacted me after my review to apologize, admit error, and do their best to make it right. I am pleased with those interactions with the company as they really did their best given the situation. I also want to add that I am extremely pleased (5 stars) with the product I received. The Micro GeoMetrix 3D Pop-Up Tabletop Display seems extremely sturdy, the panels have highly saturated color (which is important), and the images are beautiful. I will be ordering future panels from this company.

ORIGINAL POST: I have not even yet been able to approve my design so please know that this rating does not have to do with the product, but the amount of time it is taking to complete this order. The artwork is promised to be approved in 24-48 hours. I waited 3 days for the first proof to come back. Had to make a minor alteration and so needed to wait another 24-28 hours and am again on day 3 without a proof. Given that there is no artwork or maneuvering that needs to be completed by DisplayMart and they just have to make sure it fits and is not fuzzy, this is an unacceptable amount of time to wait. I have ordered () through other companies and wait a few hours for this kind of proof to be delivered. When I complain twice to customer service, the first person was rude. The second was kind, but - while acknowledging the delay and that things were taking longer than they should - did not offer any compensation for the problems. I will not be ordering from DisplayMart again unless forced to if I cannot find replacement parts through another company.

When I called them today to find out what the order status was, they said they were on back order and the order would not be shipped out until July 30th. So the item I purchased came with instructions that were FAR from complete to assemble. After inventorying the nuts/bolts I find out Im 4 short of a complete set. So I go and find the replacements at Home Depot only to come home and find out ALL the bolts are 5mm too short!!!

If you purchase this product I suggest you go ahead and grab (8) 8 x 125 80 mm (they come with 75mm) hex head bolts to save the headache when your planning to assemble.

Once assembled the product is a great deal for the $99 price, just make sure you are ready to spend anther $10 in bolts at Home Depot

UPDATE: Was contacted by Lucy over at DisplayMart and she apologized for the inconvenience. She also refunded $15 of purchase price for the additional bolts I needed. Thanks for following-up!

The hat rack was disappointing. The box arrived crushed. Upon assembly it wont stand up straight. A replacement is being sent.

I'm concerned the pole that all the peices screw onto does not have quality threads. We shall see on 2nd shipment. If quality is the same the product should be sold for 20.00! Not 60.00
