The unit itself is great once assembled. I would give the unit (once assembled) a 4. There were areas where the veneer had peeled away (maybe mine was a return that had failed in its assembling?) So it goes. The directions on how to assemble were AWFUL and deserve 0 stars. Directions were printed on a 1950s ditto machine, totally blurry. That was paired with simplistic content like "Assemble the bottom three pieces". The website had a clearer print-out, but the same dismal written directions. There was no direction about hole size (3-4 different sized holes) some all adjacent, no direction on the order of the pieces or which boards go where, 5 different types of screws, no direction on which go where -- nothing.

Improved directions would make this much better.

These are perfect for displaying posters for our class reunion. They aren't the sturdiest so watch what you purchase them for. They came packaged very well. The directions aren't the best. They totally eliminated how to attach the chain that holds the shelf side to the back leg. We still can't figure it out!

I am reviewing:
Two - 24" X 36" Poster Frame for wall mount use, snap open 32mm profile, silver (SKU: QCSLV36)...and...Two - Display easel for floor, height adjustable, with adjustable top clamp, black (SKU: DA280B).

I have purchased both of these items, multiple times in the past when I was a marketing manager for a national hospital system and again for a not-for-profit event. Over the last eight years, I have always been pleased with the product quality and customer service I receive from DisplayMart.

I had similar needs for a new not-for-profit fund-raising activity. I had custom informational 24" x 36" 'posters' created by a designer. I absolutely LOVE the snap frames. They are sturdy, make changing poster content incredibly easy, protect the artwork and easy to store when not in use.

I wasn't sure at Final set-up if the easels would be used on the floor, completely extended or at their lowest height on a table. Having the adjustment flexibility in this easel makes choosing this product a 'no brainer'.

My only negative feedback is the shipping cost. If you need something in 5 or so business days, the only guarantee is 3-day shipping and it's very expensive.

Otherwise 100% happy with these products, recommend them to others and will purchase again in the future. Promotional Tents

Considering we are a non-profit organization, the shipping cost was very high for us to absorb. Product arrived on time undamaged and works as stated without issues, but be aware the markers are mailed out separately (if package purchase). Mine arrived 2 days after. The 12 settings give lots of colorful options with the wet markers. My only recommendation would be practice on scrap paper first unless your a steady hand.

Recently purchased a deeply discounted bakers rack from DisplayMart. While the shipping was rather fast, the rack was not packed properly with enough cushioning leading to 2 shelves arriving dented. Needless to say I was disappointed but kept the rack anyway because of the discounted price. I thought I could just display something on the dented areas so they wouldn't be so noticeable.

I'm perfectly happy with my order of sandwich board sign and chalk markers-although getting the chalk ink to run was a bit of an ordeal. My one suggestion is to put on the website that sand is required to weight it down. I haven't gotten any sand yet so that has delayed my use of the sign. Order came very quickly and with no problem.

Our recent order of Wire Literature Racks contained one of 3 basket tiers 'bent out of shape' on the sides and one of them had a puncture through the box and tier of baskets. I contacted the Customer Service Dept. (pertaining to defective products) and they informed me to discard the defective ones and they will send out the two replacements at no additional charge. I asked for two other items that would be helpful: 1) it would be helpful to have a packing slip inside each box for better tracking and 2) better packaging inside the box of a wire product in case of damage done during the delivery. We have also ordered (Advertising demo tent) 5-easel stands that are worth the value and fantastic through DisplayMart!

I purchased 4 wine bottle display cases with glass front. The case itself was good but the glass in one of them fell out and I had to hot glue it back in. The glue holding the glass in the case on all of them was poorly secured. For the money, the should have been better.

This product is great looks amazing and works, we use it with an iPad Air and the extra foams that this stand brings is perfect for fitting this iPad into it. The bad part, is that the enclosed cable and adapter are really bad,
1st they don't work, they aren't compatible and don't charge the iPad.
2nd they are really badly made, and when we unplugged it, it felt apart and we had to buy another adapter, besides that is a great looking product, it shipped really fast and came well packed.

I bought a flat screen TV stand on wheels so I can roll my TV out onto my deck and back into my house. It is awesome. It is made incredibly well and very sturdy. The price was very fair as I have shopped around for one for a few months. The shipping was ridiculously fast ( it arrived before I finished placing my order). Only complaint was the instructions to build. Im pretty handy around the house, and maybe I was having a bad day, but I had to take the thing a part twice because I had a piece on backwards or incorrectly. Highly recommend product and seller.

The product quality was good but the display was not long enough and ended up not working in the space I needed it. In order to return you have to pay a 20% restocking fee plus shipping both ways. I didn't realize how expensive it is to ship these products. After doing the math, If I choose to return I would end up getting back only 40% of my cost on a product that is brand new and never used.

Display's 2 Go is always easy to order from and quick on delivery. I ordered (Advertising demo tent) 2 banner stands. They will be standing side by side. While they are the same stands, one does not arch at the same angle. One causes the banner to hand straight down, the other hangs at a sleigh angle. It's just a little off and ... looks off.
I have ordered (Advertising demo tent) with Dislpays2Go before and have never had issues with matching sign holders. Not sure why it happened this time.
