Product we ordered (POP-Up-tent) is good and shipping was prompt. The only reason why I down-rated them by a star is that the display rack is shipped in two separate boxes, and the cost of shipping is high, $16.15/display. So even though the cost of the individual display is reasonable, by the time shipping is added, it's not so great.

I found the quality of the table runner to be quite a disappointment. I expected something of more substance. Additional disappointment pertains to one of the colors. Specifically, the burgundy on the runner does not match the color sample on the website or the printed e-proof approval form. I will not be a returning customer.

I am so happy with my new table top easel. The product is perfect for me with clever construction; it has a storage drawer lined in metal for paints and brushes, it is quick to size, use and return to storage size AND it can go anywhere. Price is great and delivery time was very fast, too.

I placed an order for two display cases and a counter. They were inexpensive so I would be lying if I said I wasnt nervous about the quality when ordering them. When I recieved them I realized how wrong I was, these cases, although inexpensive are surprisingly well made, very sturdy, EXTREMELY nice looking and I had immediate complements at the studio. Worth every single penny if not many, many more.

The company this company uses to ship sucks though and I was extremely disapointed with them. It made me even more nervous about the cases after ordering from them. They arrived late and a bunch of other issues but luckily no damage to the cases.

This suggestion box is nice, but wall-mount installation wasn't great due to poor design. The hoIes on the wall-mount used to hang on two screws are in a vertical line and protrude, so that the box wobbles from side-to-side when hung. I had to improve on the design to make it work: I had to bevel the screw hooks on the wall-mount so that they were flush. This box is not recommended unless you're willing to spend at least 1 hour extra labor, or you can be satisfied with a wobbly box on the wall.

I bought something and it wasn't the right size. But to send it back cost $17 for shipping and a restocking fee of 20%. For a piece that cost $40 I would lose over half the value. So, I'm stuck with it. I would never buy from this company again.

THE stand is ok, but the banner would not hold . I don't know if the banner has to be glued to the iron bars? And also the top horizontal iron bars keep off falling , there is nothing to secure them from falling. looks like some part is missing.

The display case it everything I hoped for. It was designed for brochures, but I needed something to hold gospel tracts which are only 5 1/2 " x 3 1/2 ", much smaller than a regular sized "brochure". The clear acrylic allows one to see through to the smaller items, for easy choosing.

I ordered (POP-Up-tent) item # P11737 a 9" place card holder with alligator clip and cylinder base - silver. it is so flimsy that it would not hold anything bigger than a business card size piece of paper otherwise it would fall over from the weight of anything heavier. The base says it is weighted but, it is too small to give a stable base and the color is more of a dull grey than silver. I paid extra shipping to get them here on time and now I have to send them back with NO reimbursement for the shipping and I have to pay to send hem back! They are not worth the cost. not only did I have to change my decorations, I have actually lost money because of the shipping and I had to buy a different product from another store. I would not recommend these for any purpose. they are way too flimsy and cheaply made!

I spent over $100 on a advertised "Heavy Duty" rolling rack. It is crooked, barely rolls on ground without leaving wide black scuff marks & is almost impossible to extend to a higher level. Im so aggrevated with the crappy quality of this inferior product. I suggest using another company for rolling racks.

So, before checking out, I thought I'd look at jewelry display items for our church fair. Again, they had what we could use AND at a fantastic price! My 4 panel table top display, carrying case and lights came within 2 days as expected. Great turn around time from order to delivery.

The lightweight display is pretty much self-explanatory when setting up. It has already been used and is easy to carry within the soft shell case. However there were extra hardware pieces in the box for the display with no explanation regarding what they are for. I suppose they are brackets which insert into the top of the display panels to hold custom graphics which I didn't have time or need to order.
