The selection of frames is excellent! I found your company on the web after the local stores in my area didn't carry any quality poster frames. Theirs were flimsy and I could only find black. Your silver 27 x 40 snap frames are beautiful! The frames arrived in about 4 days. Since they arrive already assembled, all I had to do was slide the poster in place, put the no glare plastic over it and snap the frame edges back down. Hanging is simple. I will definitely order more frames.

However, when I got to the trade show and pulled the stands out of their boxes for assembly, every single stand was missing all the screws.

I was skeptical in ordering a giant glass case online. I was pleased to find out how easy it was. The case arrived in tact in only a few days. Shipping was kind of pricey, and the item had a minor scratch that appeared to be from the warehouse (not shipping) as it was inside a crate and had been touched up with paint. The scratch was minor, and the high shipping cost was to be expected. 4.5 stars.

I struggled with putting the top mounting bracket on it because the instructions said to use the long screws instead of the short ones. Once that ws figured out it was ok. The color wasn't what I would call "white" it was more of a cream so I had to have it repainted for my trade show. Finally, I thought there was a wire management hold that went down the inside of the pole, but there wasn't so that was disappointing.

But I believe it will do the job.

D2G customer service was EXCELLENT while getting that figured out, and while the frames we truly want won't be available until mid-July, found these 5 frames on D2G in the meantime. Looking forward to placing an order of more of the frames we want in mid-July. D2G has the best prices hands down.

I recently purchased a 32" dual monitor stand for two Samsung flat panels TVs that I use as computer monitors. The stands indicate that they support up to 66 lbs (33 per monitor) and after I opened the box, I noticed how durable the base and overall stand seemed to feel. The monitors are UN32EH5000FXZA and UN32J5205, weighing 13.0 lbs and 8.1 lbs, respectively.

The stand itself wasn't terribly difficult to set up, though the instructions were picture only and not as straightforward as I would have liked, given that they would support $700 worth of equipment. After setting up the stand and mounting the TVs (I would recommend having someone assist in mounting the monitors) I had a lot of trouble getting the monitors to stay in a fixed position, at a fixed angle. The two screws that tighten the arm that holds the monitor mounts don't actually screw into anything on the arm, they simply tighten up against the back of the inside of the arm. This makes it difficult if the monitors are different weights, as the arm tends to want to drop to one side. The mounts themselves also rotate, which I liked, except it was also very difficult to tighten them so that they stayed in a fixed position. The monitors kept angling forward and I would have to adjust them so that they were facing more towards me and less towards the ground.

Aside from those issues, I was happy overall with the stand, that is until the left mount broke completely off at the pivot and drop the monitor of off the desk, damaging the screen. I called DisplayMart and they offered to ship me a replacement monitor stand or refund my money. I hesitated because I seriously want/need a dual setup for my monitors, but I can't really afford to buy another monitor, only to have the same issue reoccur and break another monitor (they're around $350 apiece).
They offered nothing in the way of replacing the monitor, nor did they want me to ship the damaged monitor stand back so they could find out what happened.

I'm pretty disappointed with the quality of the stand, while the base was a solid metal, the pivoting mount was plastic. I'm also not thrilled with the lack of accountability from the company regarding the damage that was caused. I understand that they can't just replace every monitor that customers claim was damaged by a defective or faulty mount, but at least go through the trouble of trying to find out why this happened by looking at the defective product.

The product selection and pricing were very important as we are a not-for-profit organization. We were very pleased with our options and ultimately, when our merchandise arrived, it was what we expected and it arrived packed very well and with no damage.

The other item which I must comment on is that when I first purchased the items, I was notified on the website upon processing my purchase that there were shipping delays so my order would be delayed. The notification explained that the delay was due to weather issues attributed to a blizzard. I want to say how refreshing it was that I was notified when I was ordering instead of waiting for an item and it not arrive until days or weeks after the order is to arrive. I appreciate the company for taking the initiative to notify their customers in advance.

The product is a bit bulky and could be shrunk in while still keeping the same storage capability, but this is just a personal preference. I purchased 5x7 frames (had to get a minimum of 5) and they were too small. I called and they wanted them back. Return shipping cost me over $7. When I asked for a full refund including return shipping, this was the response: "I am sorry for all returns customers would need to ship them back on there FedEx or UPS or USPS Account and we cannot offer refunds on the shipping back to D2GO we can only issue the refund on the item or items purchased with D2GO and we can also issue you the full credit for the order with the shipping." They didn't even care that I won't be shopping with them again and discouraging others from doing so -- seems hardly worth $7 to them. :(

I did not notice the missing part until they were permanently installed. I called and spoke with Lucy A. who did everything she could to find me a clip, but no luck. They do not carry the missing part. The unit is shipped from overseas. She offered alternative ideas and apologized for my inconvenience. I appreciated her assistance and follow-up.

Ordered 4 of the counter mat with graphic insert and it works perfectly for our office. We needed something that the patient can sign their credit card receipts on instead of using the granite counter which makes it difficult to sign.
