The box was barely holding together because it was very banged up and the tape was old and coming off. Considering that the cost of shipping is about 1/2 the cost of the item, I expected a lot better. The item isn't exactly what was displayed online. Also some of the pieces were bent so I had to straighten them out. I needed 25 top loading vertical sign holders. I looked everywhere locally to find what I needed. Couldn't find them anywhere! So I looked online and found the item...kinda expensive at the office supply websites. Then I saw DisplayMart. There's my item, and it's affordable, and I can use a coupon, and the shipping is reasonable! Placed the order, and got it in a few days. Big box full of stuffing so nothing was broken, and they're exactly what I wanted. I have already put them to use. I have NO complaints. AT ALL.

UPDATE: After trying this item, I decided it wasn't going to work for what I needed it for. So I packed all the items in the original packing, and back into the original box they were shipped to me in, and took it to my local FedEx store. which is the company that was used to ship the box to me. The amount I paid to have the box shipped to me was $12. The amount to ship the box back was $70. Now, how the amount to send it back, is $58 dollars more than what it was to ship it to me, is unfathomable. Almost five times the original cost to ship. I was told by the FedEx person, that this company probably gets a discount on shipping. For me...$70. For them $12. Oh wait...what am I saying? They didn't pay the $12. I did. And then I paid $70. And on top of that I had to pay a restocking fee. Yes...yes, I was aware that the site said that I "may" be charged a restocking fee. Between the restocking fee, and the shipping twice, I paid almost as much as I paid for the items. This is ridiculously unfair. I don't have money to throw away. This company should let you see what it will cost to return an item, rather than letting the customer assume that it will be the same amount they paid to have it shipped to them. I will NEVER order from this company again, and I do not recommend them, and never will.

I received the stand in a timely fashion. It looks and feels high quality.
My only issue is the holes are not in a straight line. My husband is tall and we need the stand to be raised, this is the reason we purchased this specific one.
Because the holes are not lined up correctly, they stand has to be turned way off center to reach the desired setting. It does not look right

The frame itself was just what I wanted, but the cost of shipping plus the additional cost of buying "only one" frame came to more than 1/2 the cost of the frame.

The first frame came perfectly packed and protected, but was slightly distorted and couldn't properly hold a picture in place. It was a curved magnetic frame, so it needed to be perfectly shaped. Customer service was very prompt in shipping a new one which was perfect.

Very pleased with product. Easy assembly. I've purchased from display2go previously for a tv pole for my deck but I now wanted a larger tv so I bought one that could accommodate a larger tv. We bought 12 MD4PFSBK floor displays. The packaging was horrible; all the cartons were torn when they arrived to us and we had to reinforce them with tons of packaging tape.
In addition to that, all the displays broke. We shipped them to stores to place our merchandise and all the displays' bases broke. The bases of these displays were held together by one screw only. We lost a lot of business because the displays broke and were off the floor during the busy holiday season.
We had to remove all the displays from the stores and send them to a metal shop to have new bases done.
Other than this, our experience with DisplayMart customer service was fine.

I received my LED open sign exactly when I was told. It is hanging in the window at Esther Price Candies in West Chester, Ohio and it is working great. We set back off the road a little ways and this sign can be seen very well from the road.

The frame that I bought was 13x39, and ended up being metal, which I did not expect. Very durable, very good quality, strong hardware on the back for hanging on the wall. The clear sheet is actually plyable plexiglass, but is also high quality and not scratched. It was packaged very well for shipping and arrived quickly. I would definitely buy again

I use the 6-shelf wire magazine racks for my creative arts business at arts & crafts shows. They clearly display a variety of products from note cards to mouse pads to jewelry. For the jewelry, I use foams inserts to raise the product up so it can be more easily seen. The foam fits snug and stays in the racks when I put them away in the boxes for easy set up the next time. The racks are sturdy and I anticipate many years use from them.

Best price on the net for what I needed. (Standard TV stand used for the end of my bed that would hold a 50" TV). Fit and finish was good, felt secure during building. Have had it in use for 3 days.. holds my tv up nice and well. The instructions to build it were OK. Accurate enough to build, but was left over with quite a few extra pieces of hardware which had me scratching my head until I realized I was sure I had built it correctly.
