Many vendors do not deliver to our location, and if they do the cost of shipping is often prohibitive. I spoke to a DisplayMart sales representative who helped me determine shipping cost and delivery time. I ordered (Table Tent Printing) a magazine holder for my office. The picture on their website made it appear like it was one single unit with 12 pockets that I could affix to my wall with 4 screws. However, when I received the pkg it was 12 pockets you had to adhere to the wall separately....for a total of 48 screws--that's 48 holes in my waiting room wall!! The real problem began when I tried to ship it back though! They would not refund for their shipping nor would they pay for the return shipping. They do not provide a return packing label either. The cheapest rate I could find through FedEx was $41 for 3 big boxes. (The display cost $112--around $130 total with shipping.). Then, per their requirements, you must print off and include instructions for returned merchandise. If it's not packed correctly, down to the paper they used to pack it, they will not reimburse 20% off the cost. By the time I pay shipping and perhaps that 20% fee, it didn't even make it worth it to ship it back. What a joke. If I could give them no stars I would.

I have ordered (Table Tent Printing) several times from DisplayMart. Website is easy to use and products are shipped promptly. Had a couple of lights and bulbs broken in shipment, contacted customer service and they were promptly replaced. Only suggestion is to check the light bulb type before buying lighting to make sure you can get replacement bulbs easily. The 3PVLIGHT uses a bulb that is almost impossible to find and DisplayMart does not sell them separately. Overall a great buying experience!

I wasn't happy that all the parts were not labeled. I had one heck of a time figuring it all out. The instructions definitely need to be improved. I WAS happy that your customer service department was willing to try to find answers for my dilemma and did call back. so, my report is mixed. The product is fine ( although it clam with some dings) but, as I said, the instructions greatly need improvement and there should be labels for each piece to make it clear.

Box came completely torn up with pieces falling out of the box. The table was slightly bent so the top didn't fit well. For the price, I was a bit disappointed. Good news is it arrived in just one day!

Update: Lucy from customer service totally took care of me and gave me a hefty partial refund because of the damage. Excellent customer service -- would now buy from them again :-)

I ordered (Table Tent Printing) what I thought would be a permanent holder for brochures. When it arrived I realized it was for a temporary use, very thin plastic. I called and asked about sending it back and getting a more solid acrylic holder and the operator suggested it wouldn't be worth sending back because I would have to pay for shipping again.
The shipping was originally more than the product so I agreed with her. Now I have a useless product which cost me $15 and I wonder if I should order another brochure holder from you. Sorry, I chose not to.

I purchased a Wood Literature Organizer - 12 Pocket Desktop Organizer. The agent I spoke with over the phone said it would arrive assembled; it did not. It took two of us 30 minutes to put it together, in part because the cutouts that should have been located in the front to help fit the inserts, were placed on the back. We had to fold the inserts to get them in correctly. The assertion that "The literature organizer is constructed from 5/8" compressed wood with medium oak laminate finish and features a rigid, durable backing. The inserts that form the compartments are constructed of the same material as the backing" is incorrect. The inserts are made of cardboard, which are NOT rigid and durable. I will not buy from this company again.

The screws sent were too long, causing the main portion of the stanchion to wobble. The main portion didnt sit flush on the base of the stanchions. We had to use washers to tighten the fit and make sure it stays up straight.

I received the church podium today that I had ordered (Table Tent Printing) on the 16th of December. However, I was told it would be delivered on the 22nd and no later than the 23rd of December 2014.
When I contacted the tracking system and delivery, I was told it was in route, which it was not. I also noted specially on my purchase order to call me two hours prior to delivery, which also did not happen. Fortunately, just before I was getting ready to leave my office a driver shows up with my order. It would be great if businesses can keep their commitment to their customers because our time is valuable too.

Mixed reviews.. The product( a t.v. stand) was shipped fast, and was exactly what I ordered (Table Tent Printing), but here is where the negativity starts. When I got it, it was shipped in three boxes. The Fed Ex guy brings one box, then the other two boxes. When he brings the last two, one of the boxes is open on both ends! Really? How do I know all the stuff is there? Am I supposed to call someone? So I took pictures before I proceeded to use as a reference.
So I open the other two boxes..... and the corner of my base in one of those boxes, is smashed in!! Really? Now obviously this isn't the delivery driver, because this box is fine. You ship your product out damaged?
Then I go to put it together, and whoever made these directions.... wow. I have put a lot of stuff together through the years, and these directions are the worst I have ever had. I think you have to graduate Harvard to understand these! (And yes I was reading the English!)
I got it put together, but proper directions, could cut the time down by about 75%.
Other than that, no issues! Sorry DisplayMart, you may not have been responsible for any of the issues or possibly two of the three. I don't know. Just feel like for spending as much as I did.... well...you know...

Even though the item was on clearance, they were able to find a replacement and send it over free of charge, even shipping.
