I ordered (Promotional Canopy Tent) about 70 picture frames and as the box instructed, they needed me to go through them within 5 days to report any damaged products. By the time I had a chance to go through them I only had time to go through a few boxes and already found 4 that were damaged. I called Customer Service (Susan) to notify them about the damaged products and to tell them I still had more boxes to go through over the weekend. Not only was she completely understanding of the extra time needed to go through the additional boxes, but she simply asked me to describe the damages to each item and she sent over replacement frames without any other questions asked. It was so refreshing to have this system be so easy. I did not have to even bother with taking in a picture, or paying to send the damaged ones back. It was such a breeze for me as a customer and I will absolutely continue using DisplayMart for future needs. Thanks Susan!

While I am pleased with the quality of the product, my display racks were delivered on two different days - one two days ago and three today. I still have not received the bases to the larger racks. I was very happy with my purchase. Delivery 2 days earlier than expected arrived December 22nd in the midst of holiday shipping. Stand was easy to put together and it looks like good quality material was used to make the stand (no sharp edges). The instructions were a little vague but once I got the pieces out it was pretty straightforward.

I purchased the stand because I was having an issue with my 37" monitor staying securely in place on my new electric height adjustable desk. Now that I mounted my monitor on my new portable stand it seems solid as a rock. Looks like this stand will support up to a 60" monitor so it may be time for an upgrade soon.

Low quality product, each frame had chips in them, used a wood marker to fix them. But compared to the $100 alternatives. they were OK as long as you don't look to closely.

Excellently packed in wood crate for shipping and amazingly no broken glass and no cracks, OUTSTANDING SHIPPING! Every glass shelf is blocked up with wood and glass doors are all strung tight so no movement during trucking. The shipper was very knowledgable in that she knew to put the glass item at the front of the truck as to ensure a less bumpy ride for a glass case awesome. My only single complaint is whoever assembled the case I assume China installed the glass doors outside of there track. If it wasn"t for my 30 years as a mechanic your average joe would have had almost an impossible tast getting them back in properly on there tracks. But once that was resolved I was very happy! Overall I give a 9 out of ten stars because I can"t blame DisplayMart for an assembly in china. Thanks Chris

2 of the 6 mannequins ordered (Promotional Canopy Tent) were damaged. BUT the customer service I received was spectacular! The claim was super easy to make and they handled it quickly & professionally. The items were all easy to assemble and look great (minus the damage, of course).
