The rack is what I expected. But it is a touch lightweight (flimsy) and the bottom legs of both racks came bent (they were sticking out of the packing box on arrival). Fortunately, I could bend them enough to make them fit the stand. Wish they had been packed better, and that the rack didn't lean forward as much as it does.

I am a small business owner and am always looking for ways to showcase my product. After much searching online I came across DisplayMart and thought I would give them a try. But I had a question and so I tried giving them a call. It's been my experience that if I can't get a person on the phone that any future concerns I have may be difficult to resolve. But I got a person fairly quick and decided to order. The displays came in super fast and are beautiful! I initially ordered (Promotional Tents) four and each one was carefully packaged and works great. I returned a week later to reorder and have been very happy. The only thing is I wish they accepted paypal as I prefer this for secure online purchases. This is why I called them and when they told me they did not I initially walked away searching for a similar product from a company that would take paypal. As it turned out I couldn't find the same quality so I returned and used my credit card with no trouble.

I didn't have any problems with customer service or my order. The hat rack that I purchased arrived in packaging that appropriately protected it during shipping from bending, breakage, scrapes, or other forms of damage. The hat rack itself is quite handsome and makes an excellent addition to my vending displays. I felt it was reasonably priced, and it is VERY easy to assemble and disassemble. I would recommend DisplayMart to other business owners and will probably be ordering from them again in the future.

I needed a rack that held more/ it came in a timely fashion . Even though I gave it a 5 star rating , I realized that in order for the cards to stand up straighter in the 24 table top holder you have to keep the pockets full ( which is not always easy to do) otherwise they are leaning where you can’t see the front of them. That would be my only complaint!

we think your product (Sign holders) are great - but we think you could improve on the packaging - it would be helpful if you package all the screws - bolts separate in a baggy - having them in the sign holder in shipping allows them to come loose and fall off
