Our experience with DisplayMart was a very positive one! We initially received a frame with a plastic insert. The frame was scratched and the clear plastic insert was bent. We were not going to complain, even though we are a business that takes pride in our appearance. When the survey was presented, we thought it would be a great opportunity to give some feedback. We spoke with a representitive who ws extremely helpful! She offered to send an entire package at no cost to us. She was very friendly and highly efficient! TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

The panels came unbroken, however the bottom legs on most of them were bent inwards slightly. Nothing too bad, as it was easy to bend them back. But overall they came in good condition and were packaged pretty well. It also shipped quickly after I placed the order and was delivered in a timely manner. how do you replace a banner in a retractable display

I ordered (Dome tent) some exceptionally nice looking frames from DisplayMart. When they arrived, I was disappointed that the glass in one frame was broken. I expected to be told I would need to send the frame back in order to get a replacement, but the customer service representative told me she would ship another, and it arrived quite quickly. Sadly the single packaged frame also had broken glass, but it was handled very roughly by the shipping company, not the fault of DisplayMart. I can order replacement glass locally, not too expensive, and I now have an additional frame, so all in all it was a very fair and generous experience.

Ordered 1 wall sign to check it out because some reviews said the plexiglass was all scratched. It came missing some hardware but was not scratched at all. Called and it was quickly corrected and I had the replacement parts in 2 days. Ordered 20 more. None of the 8 I have put up have been scratched. They come wrapped in plastic and then the plexiglass has a thin layer of sticky plastic attached to all sides that makes it look like it is scratched and cloudy. Peel that off and pieces have been crystal clear. Very nice looking sign. Customer service excellent.

I purchased a sign stand that looked like one I purchased from DisplayMart a few years earlier. I intended to display it in a lobby and it would be visible from all sides. The new sign was engineered differently than the previous model and would not look as nice from the back. This was not visible in the picture online. Still I thought I would try it out. When I tried to assemble it I found that it came supplied with the wrong hanging brackets. The company sent out new brackets within a few days. I then proceeded to finish putting it together and found out that it also came with the wrong power supply. I called the company back and let them know that I was done with this product. Jane graciously agreed to provide a return shipping label and a full refund. I am a regular customer and will continue to be one as long as your company continues to stand behind what it sells.

Be sure to check about the shipping on larger items prior to ordering. I had to pay $175 for freight shipping on a piece where the description stated that it would arrive assembled, and therefore must be shipped via freight. OK, that is understandable and I was willing to pay the extra money to save myself the time.

The item arrive on a normal UPS truck in a box that, albeit heavy, should have been about $60 shipping at best. They even followed up to make sure my location had a loading dock to see if they needed to hike the price up another $30 for a truck with a lift gate. Now I must also spend the time to assemble this piece of office furniture.

I called customer service to inquire about the exorbitant shipping cost and they simply kept repeating that they were sorry and there was nothing they could do about it. When I requested to speak to a supervisor, they simply informed me that the supervisor would tell me the same thing.

I do certainly hope that every customer doesn't experience this, but I am not likely to order from DisplayMart.com again.

I ordered (Dome tent) a 30x40 frame and received it promptly. However, the frame was not actually 30x40. It was closer to 30x39.5, which meant that my photograph (which was ACTUALLY 30x40) did not fit, and the frame is now useless. Who sells a picture frame that is not actually the size it claims to be? I will certainly never use this company again.

Bought two shelves for our MB Series TV carts. The shelves itself are fine. Seem sturdy.

The experience - not so great. No installation instructions in either box, just the hardware. I called the support number. She told me the shelf goes on the bottom of the bracket on the cart. That made little sense to us, so we rigged up our own system by putting it on top of the bracket. That seems to have worked.

You need installation instructions. Don't fool yourself into believing it's "obvious." It's not.

There are ALWAYS delays. It always takes longer than planned, and then I have to scramble and pay more to upgrade shipping to get things when I need them. Also, when you call them, you always have to wait on hold, and the hold music is incredibly annoying. Every time the person comes in to say, "Thank you for holding, your call will be answered soon," the horrible "jazz" song restarts and you have to listen to it again, until it cuts off at the exact same moment for the, "thank you for holding" message again. This may seem like a small thing, but as I've needed to call and check on the status of my order multiple times for each order, it drains on you. Plus, the person who eventually answers usually can't fix my problem and can only send an email or attach a note to someone else. Then I have to call again in a couple days when I haven't heard anything and go through the whole process again. If we hadn't started with DisplayMart and thus had all the booth frames, I wouldn't still be using them.

I needed something to decorate our conference rooms at the office and was looking for an inexpensive way to display art work that was classy. I found it at DisplayMart. They were perfect. I ordered (Dome tent) 10 of the 22 x 28 and they got here in a timely manner, the were boxed securely, and were all in great shape when they arrived. I was missing a few pieces of the hardware but I called and they sent me the pieces right away. I would recommend them and I think a few people at the office will be ordering from DisplayMart as well.

Got help choosing the correct product,, when my product was delivered there was a small ding in the clear cover sheet (shipping damage), I called customer service and I had a replacement the next day. the customer service folks I talked to when I ordered (Dome tent) and when I called about the shipping damage were pleasant and very helpful.
