I purchased something that was not what I thought it was going to be. The picture was not a good representation. I am a purchasing agent and order things online all the time and know what to look for. I was more than happy to let the company try to come to some form of making it right. I was basically told, and I am paraphrasing, " you get what you pay for" I do not believe in this day and age of finding great deals on line that is true. I find bargains all the time. My only option was to pay for shipping and get a refund minis a restocking fee. This would have cost me money. I asked since the item was so inexpensive could I just get a small credit towards a better product, and was told no. I went another company and found a much better product and it was not much more money.

I love DisplayMart products and I'm 85% happy with the items I ordered (Outdoor Marketing Tent, Display Tent). The problem is the return item policy is painful for customers.
My items arrived damaged, and don't even bothered to return them because of the painful and bad return policy of DisplayMart. So I keep them I tried to fix them myself.

I do several "crafters" shows and was looking for "walls" I could hang things on. I needed something that would fit in my vehicle, be light enough and simple enough that "I" could handle it all by myself. This is perfect. After carefully reviewing trade show containers to purchase I ended up with the oval trade show container from DisplayMart. I reviewed the specs of the container which claimed it would carry light weight show display material from show to show with ease. Although it came undamaged, I have used it for one trade show and packed it very light with only 50 pounds max. Our other cases similar to this one easily packs 125 pounds without any issues. THIS CASE DID NOT PEFORM TO THE SPECS THAT WERE LISTED IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. FURTHER MORE WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE I WAS TRANSFERRED TO QUALITY CONTROL IN WHICH I WAS TOLD IT SAID I COULD PACK LIGHT WEIGHT ITEMS. I EXPAINED THAT THEIR DESCRIPTION OF THE CASE WAS VERY SUBJECTIVE AND THAT I WAS TOLD THAT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WOULD I NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN IT SINCE IT WAS ALREADY USED. EVEN IF WAS ONLY USED ONCE!!!!!

SO NOT ONLY WAS THE QUALITY BEYOND POOR AND DID NOT MEET THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION, CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EVEN WORSE. THEY DID NOT LISTEN, THEY DID NOT CARE, AND THEY WOULD NOT RETURN THE PRODUCT AFTER ONE USE.

I WILL NEVER USE DisplayMart ANYMORE AND RECCOMEND TO NEVER BUY FROM THEM. EVEN IF YOU THINK YOURE GETTING WHAT YOU ORDERED YOU ARE NOT. AND THAN THEY WONT EVEN RETURN IT. NO SATISFACTION GUARANTEED. TERRIBLE QUALITY AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Prior to buying from DisplayMart, I got several quotes from several signage companies (locally). And they quoted me double the cost and in one case almost triple the cost of what I paid. Of course, this is a do it yourself project & requires time & patience, but you know exactly what you're getting and if ever you need to change out the name on the signs you can do it yourself instead of relying on another company.
I recommend this to anyone looking for signage with a budget!

The instructions for this product are horrible and the design for using the clamp to mount to the desk is not good either. Once you get the thing assembled and securely mounted to the desk, the product is good. the USB ports on the stand are a great feature.

This is the first and last time I will buy anything from DisplayMart. After receiving the displays ordered (Outdoor Marketing Tent, Display Tent) [Outdoor Literature Holder for Wall Mount with Lid, Fits 8.5 x 11 Magazines - Clear], I was stunned and disappointed to see that the displays are made from paper thin plastic and are not meant to hold anything meaningful or adequate for outdoor business/client use. Perhaps if you were selling your car and simply wanted the least noticeable and lightest possible display, this would work. There is no actual lid, only a thin plastic top seal, which was not easy to use. When I contacted CS to complain about the quality and size of the product, I was advised I could return the items, but would have to pay the return shipping, which should run around $8.95. That shipping fee is 33% of the actual purchase price. They displays came in an over-sized box, wrapped in unnecessary bulky plastic bubble wrap I will not use this company again.

The packaging arrived damaged, thankfully the signs had no markings. I would suggest DisplayMart to consider another way to band multiple boxes together as through the delivery process the bands slipped off causing the boxes to apparently fall. Overall we are excited to mount the signs and have them improve our building aesthetic.

The only thing I wasn't completely happy about, was that the bubble wrap surrounding the white display busts was very dirty/dusty so that I had to be super careful when unwrapping the busts. I didn't want the dirt on my hands to get on the white busts. I was amazed that the busts were so clean with the wrapper being so dirty. I washed my hands and got some clean plastic bags to wrap the busts. All is good now.

Received my 11 foot dual TV with the wrong assembly instructions. Spent unnecessary time looking for parts that did not exist. No model number on the assembly instructions leaving me to assume everything was correct. Customer service was fantastic though. The rep immediately recognized the issue and emailed me the correct assembly instructions. Assembly was a breeze after that. I would use DisplayMart again, primarily due to the support.

I thought that the mount was adjustable. After realizing I ordered (Outdoor Marketing Tent, Display Tent) the wrong size, I was going to exchange it for the right size but there was a 20% restocking fee plus shipping both ways makes it worthless to return. However, the company did ship the original piece fast, and it was exactly as displayed. My only recomendation would be to make sure you order the right size. I ordered (Outdoor Marketing Tent, Display Tent) the 400 x 400 but needed the 600 x 300 mount
