These products appear to be constructed in a manner consistent with the norm for the industry. Order fulfillment was prompt and delivery time acceptable. My only disappointment is that the product advertises itself to be 55 inches tall. That is stretching the description a bit. The 55 inches is the measurement from the tip of the ground stake to the tip of the top cross piece so the effective useable area for signage is closer to 40 - 43 inches. I have "H" framed sign holders that are taller. The main vertical post should be at least 48" long.

I turned to Display2go for 3 retractable banner stands, that are to be used for our trade show displays. I am not a graphic artist and did not have the ideal tools to work with, so I was very hesitant about spending this amount of money on the displays. Several things quickly allayed my fears.
1. Responsiveness of Customer Service: Every time I called the customer service number, I was able to quickly (within 3 minutes) and easily (no long directory to navigate) speak to a rep. With emails, responses were quick (within an hour) and detailed.
2. Knowledgeable Art Department Reps: While the templates and art instructions provided are very detailed, they can be intimidating especially for someone who is not familiar with Adobe Illustrator or PS, such as myself. The Art Department rep walked me through the key pitfalls, suggested software to use and called out areas of concern after I submitted my artwork, giving me ample opportunity to make corrections until I was comfortable with the out come (digital proof).
3. Quick Shipping, Quality Product: I received my displays exactly as advised by my sales rep, well-packaged and complete. Other than an odor (which I suspect comes from the imprinting process, which mostly dissipated after a day of airing out), the displays are as I expected. The hardware feels decent, it is not chintzy by any means but I think the trade-off between light-weight and somewhat thinner materials is acceptable.

#1 was a single cast aluminum bracket, that looks good & functions well.

#2 is a fabricated steel tube assembly, that is stronger and has more extension from the wall mounting surface, but has no visual appeal -
though the unit contains snap-together, (blow-molded?) plastic covers, that don't fit together well, and make the assembly look bulky and cheap. #2 also was only sold in a minumum qty of 2, which I reluctantly purchased but didn't need. (I gave it to a friend)

This is a great product at a great price. We needed 200 plate display stands at our church. We looked at other places, but could not find enough stands or the price was too high. Once all of the plates were out on the table in the stands they looked great and professional. I highly recommend this stand.

Ordered and paid for a product on April 26th.
Received confirmation on April 27th my artwork would be reviewed within 48 hours (that would put me at April 29th).
Received notice on April 28th stating "At this time if the artwork is approved by 5/1 we would be able to meet your deadline but you would need to upgrade to next day air shipping to receive the order on 5/18."
I made it very clear May 18th was the absolute last day for the product as that evening was the Opening Reception.
I agreed to this, paid the additional shipping overnight fee, and then was discouraged to receive this updated message on May 2nd "unfortunately the artwork will be reviewed today and if approved the ship date would be 5/18, we apologize for this convenience". This situation was not a convenience, it was an inconvenience.
I called and spoke to their Contact Center Operations Supervisor. Even *if* I could work with receiving the product a day late, I was given no guarantee I would receive the product within 24 hours of their ship date, (which would be May 19th).
Overall, extremely unhappy with their response rate and the six days lost.

I have bought collection boxes and tubes and you say that a customer has to order 12 boxes or 24 tubes or get charged $10.00 more. I have reason to beleive this is price fixing. Thid is not fair to the consumer that they have order a certain amount or get penalized.

Doing business with DisplayMart is very easy. Fairly priced although shipping was way to expensive, not something there fault but I wonder if cheaper alternative for shipping can be explored by the company. For the price I paid for shipping it should have arrived in 4 days but took 2 weeks.

Secondly, most of there products are good but the newspaper holder for walls has a design flaw. The bottom part will break after some use. This is the second time I had to order newspaper holder wall rack because of the design flaw.

Shipment was late but it was during the ice and snow storm in the southeast. Also when unpacking we noticed that some of the staples in the packing material were exposed and they scratched the paint on the bottom shelf on the unit. Other than those 2 small things I am very happy with the product.

My display is supposed to be for a cupcake holder. It's a semi-circle with multiple levels. The product itself is very sturdy and will be able to maintain the weight of the cupcakes placed on it. The packaging protected the frame from breaking. And there is a protective plastic on the glass to prevent any scratching. All and all I'm happy with my product.
