But the open sign, the blue light boarder, every third light does not work. I called customer service. Told her what was going on with the sign and she gave me two choices to replace it. The set up of the billboard backpack was very simple, its like weight and my banner fits perfectly on it. My only concern with the bakpack is the price. Little expensive. Also the bottom sticks will not stay in the holes at the bottom of the backpack causing my experience to try and advertise a little difficult. I have to crazy glue the sticks in so they will stop falling out while walking. This will defeat the purpose of being able to disassemble when necessary. vertical banner display stand

The sign arrived quickly, however it is made rather poorly. The entire thing is made of aluminum. Including the threads for the screws. So be careful when tightening or you will strip them out in a heartbeat. Also, the washers are either too big or too small. They do not fit through the bottom except for one that was made wrong. Which happened to strip out the one side where it will not tighten.

First, they sent me the wrong item. Then, when they shipped me the correct item, it was "mid-delivered" and I finally contacted someone after a week who questioned me when I said I never received it. I needed the display for a jewelry party and had to run out and purchase another and asked for them to cancel my order and refund me, but they sent it anyways and did NOT refund me so now I'm stuck paying the restocking fee and shipping costs to return. I purchased 6 stanchions (black) and 6 red ropes for red carpet events. We are absolutely appalled that they scratch so easily. We have only used them for one event and the spots where the rope clips onto the stanchions are chipping. For $300, I’d have thought they’d be better quality.

I received the hightop display table with cloth in time for my event. HOwever, I took it to my event without opening the box. Upon arrival, the TOP for the product would not snap, would not fit properly and appeared to be the WRONG table top.

I had to get a maintenance man to remove the clips with a screw driver, and I had to TAPE the top and legs together so I could use it. VERY UPSET --- if I couldn't find a phillips head screw driver, I would have been without a table. I need replaced!

I had a sign for an art exhibit created on acrylic sheet that I wanted to have away from the wall. I found out that standoffs were the things I was after. They are really pricey so I was excited to find these 6" aluminum offset ones on clearance so that I would not need to drill the acrylic. They worked perfectly! I had to buy a special extender drill bit to use them, but for the price they can't be beat. The sign looks spectacular, with the shadows cast from the lighting onto the wall, just what I had in mind.

This works great for what I wanted for the price. I bought a 15"x 23" print while on vacation and I wanted to put it in a frame and hang it on my wall without spending $100 plus at a frame shop , mission accomplished. the only downside to this frame is the backing color is a brownish gray cardboard color not aesthetically appealing if your print doesn't fill the frame. Not a problem though, I got some material to match a color in the print and it looks great. May I suggest that you paint the backing white. I'm happy with your product and have mentioned you to a few friends.
