Needed a display box for outside our school's lockbox to place brochures. This worked out well for us, and seems to be of good quality. Only slight suggestion I would make would be to include a couple of mounting screws for the box, but it did not turn out to be a big issue for us. Very fast shipment of product. Thank you.

The ease of ordering and the delivery was quick. For those two things I would give five stars . In fact I was amazed at how well packaged everything was to protect it . However I was disappointed in the quality of the frames we ordered (Promo table at low price). The description was brushed metal silver. I understand it wasn't going to be metal but we wanted to brushed metal look. Instead what we received was in a Gray injected plastic . Because everything was package so well it had to be delivered on a pallet . And to return these items would be A gigantic hassle . So here we sit with these frames that are not exactly what we wanted to add a price more than I wanted to pay for what I could have purchased A similar quality product at Walmart but with great customer service, all website design and delivery. Oh well buyer beware I suppose .

It was easy to set up. I was surprised there wasn't a pocket at the bottom of the curtain for a rod to keep it from billowing if there were a breeze. It would be nice to have a feature available to connect two sets together to make one very long big curtain if desired. Overall, I'm impressed and very satisfied.

We've ordered (Promo table at low price) multiple products from DisplayMart and most have been good. When we had to return a few items we found out their restocking fee was really high.

One of the items we purchased was 3 rotating banners. Out of the box these didn't work. Our engineers figured that they were top heavy. The team at DisplayMart was good to work with. The believe they've found the issue and have replaced all three banners without issue.

Also 1 of them did not ship with the bracket necessary for the sign stand. I really like the pricing and quality of the products. Shipping usually happens fairly quickly.

One downside I find which makes me think twice before ordering though is the broken case fee. My shipping comes to $12.00 on an order, but then they want to tack another $12.00 broken case fee because I don't need 100 pieces of an item ( or other similar situation) ?

Between shipping and broken case fees it came to almost 35% of my ordered (Promo table at low price) items. This will cause me to look elsewhere if I can find comparable products without the excessive fees.

Take away the broken case fees, and I would give a five star rating.

These came fast and they are beautiful. Very pleased. They used paper to wrap these and they used a ton, but no styrofoam popcorn. Used some Styro sheets for a larger item, but more paper there, too. Still loved the product and everything arrived in perfect condition and with the correct items.

My experience was good for the most part but there were a few gaps in communication on the shipping notes I requested be included from D2G to the shipper and the shipping company to the actual driver. Nothing that resulted in any issues, just a little frustration.
The delivery driver was able to move my pallets (3) closer to the building than I expected, which was a huge plus (over an uneven, natural trail).
A word to the wise, the assembly instructions are absolutely terrible. Product names are not consistent throughout the document and I had to watch YouTube to see what connector parts go where on the unit. New instructions are highly recommended...

I ordered (Promo table at low price) this stand to use my iPAD2 with my Photobooth business. The stand works perfectly and covers the home key to prevent guests from tampering with the iPAD. The stand is very stable and has not fallen over yet. I also like the swivel enclosure so my guests can adjust the viewing angle by tilting the enclosure either left/right, or up and down. This product exceeded my expectations and I would definitely buy it again. In fact, when I expand and get another booth, this will definitely be on my list of equipment to get again. However when I went to check out and saw the shipping cost (lowest for ground delivery), I was shocked to see the shipping was about $7 less than the product. I sent an email to customer service and the cancellation was taken care of promptly and with a great deal of courtesy. No questions asked - no hassle. Will I order again from DisplayMart? Absolutely. I was very surprised with how nice this produce is. I have gotten a lot of compliments on how I am hanging my artwork now, very asian influential/scroll like.
The only thing that I would recommend is that the buyer have the choice of having the hangers cut down to specific sizes. Maybe there is not so much of a demand, so they have to sell them in specific sizes.

The 10' pop-up display is a nice design and product. I have purchased it for clients before. This order arrived in a torn-up box and, as a result, product components were marred and damaged. The edge of the counter display is nicked. The leather strap inside the cover is torn. The inside cover piece is bent. The box containing the channel bars is torn.

Product was shipped quickly and arrived within a few days of purchase. The product seemed to be constructed will and came in a nice nylon carry bag.

The only one disappointment was the fact that the shelf is shipped with very hard cardboard bend at 90 degrees to protect the edges of the display I am assuming during shipping. The one problem with this, is that this cardboard rubbed the paint off of some of the edges and especially the most seen area, the top shelf. There is no way to fix this other than to repaint the areas damaged. This is silver and if you know paint...you can't touch up silver...you have to completely repaint which I won't do. I know that eventually there would be damage like this as you use it, but to have this right out of the box was a bummer. I would definitely recommend this product to others, but I would ask the manufacturer to put some kind of padding between the product and the cardboard protection

BUT the acrylic literature holder had the wrong size holes to accept the screws to attach it to the upright stand. SO after a long conversation with customer service, they indeed confirmed that they sent me an incompatible part. They were nice on the phone and promised to correct the problem.
