Shipping is VERY expensive to Canada. Need to figure out how to get cost of shipping down. Being a business who orders many things, the shipping is always more expensive than the actual product we order. If there was somewhere in Canada who carried poster frames, we would definitely be going with them. Absolutely ridiculous what you charge for shipping.

I purchased the 3 Panel Art Show Display U-Shaped Design for an upcoming Art Festival. The panels fit perfectly inside my 10X10 booth. The panels are so cool looking and easy to work with I am going to set them up permanantly in my gallery. I use the metal grid wall peg hooks and can change the display as pieces sell. These products exceeded my expectations.

I didn't know what to ecpect. The quality of the shot glass holder is amazing. Very heavy, sturdy and will display beautifully. There was a small bruise at the base of the holder that i can fix. I ordered (Premium quality Promotional Table) the SHFMT3265B2 TV wall mount to mount a new 65" TV at my church. The mount was received it 2 separate packages: the wall mount and the DVD player mount. Instructions provided were simple and straight forward, which i liked. Assembly was simple and was accomplished in short order.
It took longer to loom and hide wires than it did to assemble and install the mount. I'm picky about wires showing.
If I need another TV mount, my first stop will be DisplayMart.

I ordered (Premium quality Promotional Table) the product on the Canadian version of the website and expected to be charged the Canadian Dollar amount that was listed. Instead I was charged the USD amount and my credit card company converted it over to a much higher amount. I hope it has been sorted out but I guess I will not know until I am finally invoiced. The display case is absolutely beautiful and I love it. It’s perfect. BUT — it’s a 400 lb unit and the best delivery option available on the website is the “special services” — which means there is one delivery person and they will deliver the item 2 feet inside your door — and they don’t uncrate the case or remove the debris. Premium service should have been offered. So I had to find a company that would uncrate and remove debris — an exercise that took two hours to arrange and cost $250 extra. The delivery aspect of this purchase is why I rated DisplayMart a 3.

The stand is sturdy and the platform is exactly what I needed. However, the casters (wheels) don't seem to turn appropriately, so I find myself dragging the stand as opposed to it rolling properly. I'm looking to replace the wheels with some that are more durable and can handle surfaces smooth (tile) or rough (carpet). This unit, unfortunately, falls short due to the shortcomings of the wheels, but as I said the rest of the unit is very sturdy. One other thing that is a little odd is the fact that the vertical portion of the stand (the part that raises and lowers it) is odd to say the least. Instead of using a spring loaded button, it uses a screw that you have to line up with the hole. It would be nearly impossible to do with anything on the platform.

My experience with DisplayMart was excellent from start to finish. The website was user friendly, the ordering process was smooth, the quality of the merchandise was better than expected with a really good price and the shipping was incredibly rapid. I needed multiples of a hard-to-find item last week -- a decent desktop easel for in-store promotion of the book I just published, but two hours and five stores later -- including office-related Big Box stores -- I came up empty-handed.

Then I went online, stumbled onto DisplayMart, found an attractively designed, fully adjustable easel (minimum dozen @ $1.27 each), hit the order button, and found my easels on my back porch, here in Maine, in less than 24 hours!
