I run 4 stores on Pier 39 in San Francisco. It was urgent that we receive sign holders before the busy 4th of July weekend. The shipping was great, no issues there. However, after opening the package we were missing a small piece that held one of the 3 sign holders we purchased.

That was my only issue, we had to tape it so that it would not fall.

After shopping several sites, I purchased two sandwich board signs because I could get two for about the same price as I found for a single sign from other sources. Although we were on a tight schedule, I decided to opt for the standard shipping instead of the expedited shipping because I had depleted my budget. I ordered (Tradeshow booth or event table) a monitor display stand and a set of three nesting plastic display stands. The plastic displays had one broken in half an un usable. The monitor display came in three boxes the box holding the long curved neck was ripped and when the shipping company was unloading it screws and parts spilled all over the loading dock. We had to scramble to find screws to assemble it. I would have rejected this order, but my timeline for the trade show was too tight to try to find substitutes. When I get back from this trade show I will send photos of the issues.

I have consistently had some of the best customer service from this company. Several years ago I ordered (Tradeshow booth or event table) a 10x20 system. Since then I have had to have elements of it repaired on 2 separate occasions (no fault of theirs) due to our sales team being too forceful with the popups on tear down. On both occasions, their customer service team was polite and helpful, and went out of their way to coordinate a speedy turnover (I was under a time crunch). The stand overall is very well designed, but the threading where it screws into the base is a little bit crooked. This made it a bit difficult to fully tighten without the use of a bit of foam and patience.

The charging feature works great, and it very helpful for keeping cables organized and out of the way.

The mount is secure and easily moves around, but stays where I put it when I need it to stay still.

The base is wide, and just the right weight, to support the ipad without tipping.

I was hesitant in ordering the panels, based on some of the reviews that the legs arrived bent, so I took a chance, and am so glad I did! Mine arrived in perfect condition. The only thing missing were the instructions on how to assemble; however, after just looking at the picture on the web, my husband figured it out in no time. VERY EASY. My only complaint is the very high shipping charges. When I called Customer Service to inquire about the shipping charges, I was told the reason they are so high is because they came in 5 different boxes. Not true - mine only arrived in 2. Other than that, I would highly recommend these panels!!

Ordering and receiving my product was a piece of cake. However, I thought I was ordering a frame to fit a 30x40 inch poster because that’s what the description for the frame said on your website. When I recieve the frame in the mail my 30x40 poster did not fit in the frame by about a half an inch.
