As a professional illustrator and artist, I've ordered (Customizable trade show supplies) frameless clip frames from DisplayMart since 2015, and have have been pleased with their products and the prompt delivery.
I have successfully used 11" x 14" matts with this frame product from Displays2 Go in the past. There was a manufacturer's defect, this time, however.
I ordered (Customizable trade show supplies) twenty 11" x 14" Frameless Glass Display Frames from DisplayMart, but they actually measured 11" x 13.75"!
Since these frames were to be used in an upcoming art exhibit, I had to re-cut 11" x 14" matts to fit each of the 20 frames. These frames would have been unusable had the artwork itself measured 11" x 14".
Overall I have been pleased with DisplayMart, but such factory discrepancies will make me cautious of ordering products where accurate dimensions matter.

My only complaint with my order was that despite providing clear, detailed shipping instructions indicating it should be addressed to "ATTN: Hold for Jane Smith, Guest", my banners were delivered to the hotel to the attention of simply "guest". It doesn't take an advanced degree to see the problems with this as most hotels have hundreds, if not thousands of "guests". I contacted the DisplayMart rep immediately who assured me he would resolve this issue with FedEx and later sent me an email to confirm he did that. So Jane Smith arrives at the hotel and nothing is noted on her reservation about any packages being held for her. These banners were for a convention happening the next day. The hotel receives a large number of shipments for these events. It turned into a time-consuming and stressful hunt for the banners all because whomever entered the shipping information took it upon themselves to change the details provided. By the way, FedEx never corrected the labels. Once they were found, they were still labeled "Attn: Guest". This was an avoidable error and a major inconvenience. Additionally it makes us look less than professional to our client, Jane Smith.

TV wall corner mount is made very well and allows for the TV to be mounted on a wall in a corner with some adjustment available after mounting. Was fairly easy to install but the installation instructions were not very specific, i/e where to mount the wall brackets in the corner. There were enclosed fasteners to attach the brackets to the wall but only for concrete or brick walls. A trip to the hardware store would be necessary for mounting it to walls of different types, i/e drywall, studs, etc. Works very well and recommend for mounting a tv in a corner where you would like to be able to adjust the tv's angle a bit after installation.

I discover the reason why the locking mechanism does not work. It is the proverbial round peg in the square hole. The "T" pin that is on the lock, goes into a rectangular keep that you instal on you device. The rectangular shape does not allow the "T" pin lock to fully engage. You can only do a half turn, but the key will not remove. What good is a lock that will not lock. I now have a piece of plastic glued on my device that does nothing.

The frames are good for regular posters. But for delicate , expensive posters, the frames are not sturdy enough. had a lot of trouble trying to arrange a very old poster in the frame. I gave up , did not want to damage poster. The the plastic cover, has to be thicker. It dings very easily, that can damage the poster. Backing should be thicker and softer . Should be a wire on back to hang also. But for average posters, documents it works fine. Good price for average frames.

Pretty tough to review product when we still don't have it.
Would have been nice to receive a tracking number for the shipment. We are assuming it's shipped but have no means to check other than another email request.
Had to request a copy of the receipt - should have been automatic, but response was good. Still shouldn't have to chase it down.

The poster that is in the frame is an outside fiber paper, so not concerned about that. The frame installed nicely and the poster loads in the front easily and stays put. Nice look.

With respect to my first order, I needed help with a potential order and was not able to contact anyone from DisplayMart for advise (contact information missing or difficult to find on website). The order took a long time to arrive (about 2 weeks) and a third box (3 out of 3) was missing. On the packing slip was a customer service phone number, which I used. It took customer service and shipping a week before they shipped another box with the missing item. No assembly instructions were received with any of the boxes (even upon request). Once all the parts were received, it was determined that the order did not meet my needs. After reading the return policy on the packing slip, it was determined that it would cost me about as much as I paid for the item to return it (if the item was accepted). As a result, I gave the first product item away.

With my second order, I finally figured out (on my own) what was needed and made a second purchase. The item arrived (in tact) in a few days. Assembly instructions (of sorts) was included with the box.

DisplayMart would serve their customers better to have an advisor available to potential customers. A phone number and/or email address readily available to potential customers on their website would serve them well.

My order was painless and shipped in a timely manner. HOWEVER: the packing used to ship my order was LESS than acceptable-very cheaply and poorly done, which resulted in a small damaged spot on the sign. This was a PACKAGING issue, NOT a carrier (FedEx) issue. I didn't bother to claim it because it does not affect the function of the sign, but I know it's there. Honestly, when I opened the package, I expected it to be in pieces! Other than that, I had no issues with my order, and should the need arise, I will probably order from D2G again.

Searched a long time for inexpensive 9x12 stands to display calendars being sold by a non-profit. First looked at the usual clear plastic. Strong ones were very expensive. Discovered DisplayMart had stands made of wire. BIG wire. Less expensive than plastic.
They're fabulous. Big enough to hold a full 9" width.
Unlike plastic, if they get knocked off the counter, they bounce. Unlike plastic, if they're exposed to UV, nothing happens.
I figure they'll outlast plastic by a few decades.

I recently put in a rather large order with D2G. I ordered (Customizable trade show supplies) what, on their website, was labeled "Package C". Unbeknownst to me, "Package C" was actually a combination of "Package A" and "Package B". So...when delivery came (quicker than expected), I was a little dismayed to find "Package A" and "Package B" instead of "Package C". A quick call to customer service, and Susan grabbed the bull by the horns. She called me back two minutes later, and explained that I had, indeed received what I had ordered (Customizable trade show supplies) - it was just packaged as "A&B" and sold as "C". What a relief. I assembled all of the merchandise, and it all worked great. Thank you, Susan, for your quick response and for alleviating my heart attack when the wrong boxes showed up (that were actually the right boxes).

Shipped fast... Not packed very well and the manufacturing process was a bit off, and instructions are almost useless. I was able to do my best (with a struggle) to interpret the instructions. I was able to drill a hole to fix the manufacturing misalignment and I was able to locate all of the screws that were torn free from the bag they were in, scattered throughout the box and the folds in the box. Nothing holds the shelves in place but gravity. But they did ship it fast and charged a fair price.

The next business day I got an email stating "The item will take us 8-12 weeks to get back in stock so we've gone ahead and cancelled your order". Why list the item as in-stock if it's really not in stock? They did issue a refund 3 days later but it's just the point. That would be like me offering my DJ services to a client and not telling them for sure if I'm available but still taking their money.

Each of the flat acrylic document displays were carefully wrapped, and in pristine condition. I was surprised that not all of the holes in the flat acrylic panels were drilled all the way through, but perhaps there was a reason. I was unable to get all short caps or supplier information for the short caps (since these will be stacked and NOT stood up), and had to order metric M5-0.8 stainless steel acorn cap nuts from Amazon. I absolutely LOVE the panels (appearance and function), and look forward to using them in the classroom.
