The Tripod was just what I was looking for. Ordering and shipping came as expected. I paid extra to get it right before I left for my business meeting. It was nicely packaged, came in its own carrying case for storage, except when I put the product together and on the tripod it slightly wobbles. There is one part where the ipad clicks into but once its on the Tripod there is nothing I was able to do to make it stable. Disappointed because it wasn't cheap.

Today is July 11th, 11 days later and I just got an update from Fed Ex that there has been another shipping "exception" and it will be delivered tomorrow!! Unacceptable. Great looking standoffs and buttons. Very clean and contemporary. I used them with two pieces of plexiglass with my artwork sandwiched between them. Drilling the plexiglass was a bit of a challenge, but it worked out great. Love this look and plan to do more the same way. And I love the bright gold finish.

Positive ~ got exactly what we needed for a client project and was happy with the quality
Negative ~ when we quoted the project there were enough units in stock to do the job. When we went back to place the order 3 days later there was not enough inventory to do the whole order but client needed a partial so ordered (Portable trade show display) what we could get and had to wait 12 days for more to become available. Now find out we have to pay an additional cost of $10 for the broken case plus the additional shipping of the 2nd order. VERY UNHAPPY with the additional expense that we can not recoup. But at least our client is happy.

The website and ordering process were very easy to navigate and we were overall happy with the purchase of the magazine display for our office space. However, upon receiving the package, it was all beat up and the box was barely together! We accepted the package anyways but the carrier made note of the horrible condition it was in and reported the problem. The wires of the rack were very bent and the man who installed it had to do some significant bending and re-shaping. We were too excited about receiving it and using it, we didn't want to return it and run the risk of it happening again. Not sure if this is a company issue or a carrier issue but somewhere along the way our package experienced one doozy of a trip!

I needed some sort of frame to post changing messages of 8 1/2 x 11" format on the exterior of my building. This really filled the bill. The messages are just printed on regular office paper with a laser printer. I did seal the ends with a strip of duct tape. We shall see how well the frame protects in rainy weather.

I ordered (Portable trade show display) a 9 piece display configuration that cost $1300 and $500 to ship. The order came on 2 pallets shrink wrapped all together I was not there but had my store manager sign for it. When I got there and opened all the Boxes all I recirced was some glass and doors. No wood, no hardware and no glass for some pieces. When I called to let them know what had happen I was told someone would call me back. Nobody did I got an email explaining how my manager signed for the order and that it says we received all of it. And that I needed get the sku numbers off of all the boxes that I received. One problem though I had already opened all the boxes that I had and thrown them away. Out of the 24 or 25 boxes I was supposed to have I got 12. When I called back a second time to explain my problem again all I got was the sku number thing again. Even after I told them several times how I don't have them. Their customer service is terrible and I still don't have a display or any clue what is going on with the rest of my order. I have disputed the charge in my credit card and will never do business with this company ever again.

The transaction was completed efficiently and successfully, but the product is not as advertised. It was listed on the Internet as a walnut stand. It is not walnut and was not stained wood . Instead it was painted with a color which is almost red. It was purchased to display a walnut plaque and the contrast between the plaque and the stand is a seriously distraction which completely negates the value of the stand. The seller should replace this purchase with an actual walnut wood stand which is appropriately finished. The cost of this item was commensurate with what a real walnut wood stand should have cost, but was constructed with cheap wood and painted instead of oil finished. A complete ripoff.
