Ordered Feb 12...now the 22nd and still no date as to when it will be delivered. I understand that It's shipping from U.S to Canada, but seriously, 7 to 10 business days!? And that time frame is not even guaranteed (as per customer service when I inquired).

I received my first 18" acrylic display cube promptly. It had a 4" scratch on the inside of the top case. I telephoned DisplayMart regarding the scratch. I reached an appropriate person quickly, she was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. DisplayMart sent a replacement immediately. It arrived in a day. In addition to the great service, the product is beautiful. I love it. I highly recommend this product and company.

I purchased a TV Stand that arrived for me to assemble. There was an issue with 2 of the parts and I called their Customer Service and told them of the issue. They asked for photos of which I provided. They understood the issue and immediately sent to me the parts I need to assemble the stand. They were very easy to work with and very understanding. The issue was probably caused by shipping and not a reflection on the quality of the final product. I would recommend them to others if you have a need for their unique products. The stand works very good for me and I have put it to good use.

Super fast delivery. Packaging perfect, tight and undamaged. The lens inside the frames (under the snap frame) was damaged on all three frames. An obvious pre packaging damage. All three damage locations on the lens were uniform in size, shape and location.

I feel weird here - I feel like I'm supposed to be reviewing the company, but one can never really avoid the impetus to associate the product with the company, so...

Anyways - the company. Excellent. Great prices, buying experience was no problem; didn't have a returns/exchanges situation so I've got limited experience. But buying it was a pleasure. Only reasonable complaint is that in the age of Amazon Prime, standard ground shipping feels slow as moss. It was like waiting for Christmas. Which was alright.

The product, very briefly: $20 mount for a TV, so I wasn't spending a fortune. But it did take ages to get installed and tuned right. Installation was somewhat complicated by the fact that the tool suggested for driving in the heavy-duty screws into the stud was just like this hexagonal chamber that fit around the head of a screw. Even if you predrilled your hole, it still required a pair of pliers to attain the right torque to drive the screw in. Plus, it fit only very loosely around the screw, so it wobbled A LOT. The mount itself takes some fine-tuning. There's just a simple tension screw system to keep it from wobbling all over the place, and I actually DISASSEMBLED the mount before I could make the connection between the tension screw (hidden under a cap) and the amount of "give" the mount was... giving me. So the product gets 3, 3.5 stars, while the company gets an easy 4.0-4.5.

Don’t waste my time!
I had a pop up party with the governer of our state and needed a podium and only had 10 days to get it here. The item we chose was shipped freight and it said to call to get a guaranteed shipping quote. I called and was on hold for 12 minutes when I hung up. It took me 6 more calls abd long holds to get through, it was like I was forcing them to take make the sale. Once I got through; the person who help me was decent but blunt. She took my info and said she would get me a quote shortly. After I didn’t receive the quote that day I was nervous to not have the podium so I ordered (Customized trade show table) a cheaper lesser quality piece that could ship Fedex that we are not as happy with. 6 days later I finally received the guaranteed quote which was 2x the price of the piece. Over all I got stuck ordering a piece I didn’t want, had to force the sale, and definitely won’t deal with DisplayMart.com again.

The front piece that slides off, will not stay in place when being used. It needs to snap into place. I had to tape the front cover on to keep it in place during use. Can't tape the front on each time we need to use it. Great idea but not user-friendly.

Love these! I have a geometric wallpaper accenting a few walls in my master bathroom and needed something to finish off the look and these hexagon shelves were perfect! So these are for residential use, not business. The quality is good but the only reason i gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because one of the 5 units was not glued properly, so I had to use wood glue and let it set for a day before hanging them.
