I made the mistake myself .what I wanted was for birthdays and another thing it didn't have a pen with it. I don't have one so ill have to go get one. I'm also going to put lines on each month . Podium looks great and is a nice design. However, the bottom is not totally even and wobbles. Also, the bottom doesn’t have any protectors on it. The metal can damage wood or other surfaces. We had to buy furniture grips to put underneath. pop up trade show demo tents manufacturers

I cannot speak to the quality of all the products DisplayMart sell, but I purchased a banner stand that I wish I could return due to its poor design and low quality — it just doesn't work. If for not the return shipping costs and 20% restocking fee, I would return it. I'd rather spend that money elsewhere on something useable. If DisplayMart are willing to sell a subpar product, then I'm not interested in doing business with them again.

I ordered (A-Type Banner Stands) a display case for a 3x5 flag. I did not check the dimensions of the case before ordering it because I knew my flag was 3x5. The case is more than 2" wider than the folded flag. When I spoke to a representative, she told me that I must be folding the flag wrong and said sometimes customers say their flag is too big for their cases. The representative reduced the restocking fee from 20% to 5%, but in the end I was out shipping, return shipping, and the restocking fee for a case that is 2” wider nearly every other case available online for 3x5 flags. I can’t say that the display I bought was misrepresented because the dimensions are listed on the product details page, but I view this as the equivalent of an 8.5x11 picture frame being marketed as fitting a picture that’s 8x10.

I have been looking for a dual diploma frame for a while now. The only ones I found before I came across DisplayMart were (literally) hundreds of dollars. I read the reviews before ordering and found that some frames were damaged, the plexiglass is not totally transparent, etc. I ordered (A-Type Banner Stands) 3 frames. Each frame was packed in a separate box. All frames were intact, but had MINOR scratches/defects. I was able to hide these defects by using a brown Sharpe. They are not what you get for $150-200! But that is not what I paid for them! The price and quality are reasonable. Don't expect $200 frames for $18.00. They are definitely worth the price. If had more things to frame, I would purchase these again.

You advertised a TV mount that holds 24" to 48" TVs... well it doesn't hold a 24" TV... now I have to return it (pay for shipping myself) and buy the mount that supposedly only holds up to 23" TVs... but it will work for mine apparently.

Overall, the unit works ok. I would suggest you improve the pivot point that allows a monitor to be adjusted to various angles-up/down/right left. The ball joint is not smooth and the screws and springs attaching the ball joint to the monitor mount do not line up well. I you continue to improve this product, I could recommend it more highly.

What I wanted, good price, delivery as promised. The suggestion box is on the cheap side for quality but excellent value considering what I paid. The bulletin boards are solid and look fabulous.

My only complaint is although they have a Canadian website, they ship from the US so the cross border shipping added almost $100 to my order even after accounting for exchange rate which was not the problem; it was a fair exchange rate, the problem was shipping charges. I ended up ordering through the .com website and picking it up from a US address.

Although a relatively simple assembly, the method of attaching the pedestal to the podium was the worst I have ever encountered. Maybe I didn't understand how it was to be done - the instructions certainly did not give you any help - but there seemed to be no easy way to accomplish it. I finally managed to get it done by using a number of "rube Goldberg" ideas. When I did et it finally assembled I was a little disappointed with the lack of rigidity in the computer stand. Adequate, but certainly not optimal. Bottom line, I guess you get what you pay for.

I also found an item that was sorely needed - a banner rail. The only difficulty was deciding which one to buy as there were four different types to choose from. Ordered 2, 10-42in wall mounts. I was sent two 10-32 wall mounts. I have two 34 in TVs I use for computer monitors. customer server told me, "As long as the weight is right, the mounts will hold up to 42 in. I placed the mounts against my TVs and they don't fit. The extenders don't reach the holes on the back of my TVs. I Tried talking to customer server again and was told I would have to pay to send back if I wanted a refund.

I do not recommend this hassle to anyone...

Simple, Easy to Build Signs. Just need to work on an 11x17 sheet sign to include. Bought 3 signs, but one of them looks like it might give me problems when inserting or removing the sign since the plastic cover and the opening to insert it is a little too tight. Will probably loosen a little as time goes by, but we'll see. Aside from that they are worth the money.
