I bought 5 of the black book stands, 1 has already broken and the other 3 can not support a book without falling over. I even tried a DVD and it still tipped over. Your customer service is good but this product was a waste of money and time.

I ordered (Life size sun board cut out) 2 displays online. Very quick and easy process. Once received, I discovered that one of the wooden pieces had some chips on the top corner. I took some photos of the damage and called customer service. A nice young lady noted it on our account, not even requiring me to prove the damage & we quickly received a replacement part, well in time of our ministry event! By the way, I think it may have been FedEx, not DisplayMart, for the damage. It was wrapped in a lot of bubble wrap! I will definitely purchase again!

jUST OPENNED THE BOX WHICH LOOKED FINE FROM THE OUTSIDE AND DISCOVERED THAT THE TOP HINGE HAS BEEN INSTALLED BROKEN AND THE NEXT HINGE HAS BEEN STRIPPED OF ALL 3 SCREWS. WE HAVE PUT LARGER SCREWS IN AND WILL RPLACE THE DAMAGED HINE.

The product I ordered (Life size sun board cut out) is really solid. I had a question about mounting and called the office to get some help and the woman I spoke with went above and beyond to help me. I would have given the experience 5 stars but one of the poles that came with one of the display mounts has a dent in it and that was really difficult to deal with. Not sure if that is a Display2go issue or a transit issues. I would definitely order from them again.

We ordered (Life size sun board cut out) a three-shelf display case to use for displaying our products at a trade show. For the most part, we like the product, it came in without major visible damage - expect for one minor scratch on the side of the black cabinet. However the assembly instructions were quite poor, labeling was poor as well. Some screws that were provided did not fit properly, some screws were too long, and scratched the front sliding doors, once we put them together. Front sliding doors are a disappointment - you can't tell from the product image on the website that the doors overlap so much, and the overlap is in the front, which makes it difficult to effectively display the product. The doors also don't stay closed all the way, they keep sliding. For a company that specifically designs displays, I wish those details were better though out.
